Superb facility. The Infrared Saunas are regenerating and a great time out experience. Expert massages by very professional masseurs in cool, comfortable spaces. The float pools will take you to a place of ultimate relaxation. Great, friendly team who are always a pleasure to deal with. Add this to your Highlands to-do list. Just wonderful (and quietly, a very addictive pleasure!)

Had no idea what to expect for my first floatation therapy but it exceeded every thought I had and was a wonderful experience. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the atmosphere was fabulous. The actual float session was magical. I cannot rave about it enough. When it was finished I literally floated out of there. I will definitely be doing a float session regularly. Thanks guys. A truly wonderful experience.

From the moment we arrived we felt looked after. Cam was very helpful in introducing us to all the features of the infra red sauna which helped us enjoy our sauna all the more. We then had a couples massage and Scott and Cass were both incredible. Unlike other massages we’ve had where the masseuse seems to “go through the motions”, Scott and Cass gave us one of the most diagnostic and educational massages we’ve had. It was clear they were the passionate and expert at their craft. It was certainly not the massage experience we expected, but one that we both really appreciated all the more.

Just had the most amazing afternoon at City Cave Bowral. The staff were wonderful and the place was so calming! I had the sauna and a massage and I feel so relaxed and refreshed! Highly recommend!

The service at City Cave in Bowral is always friendly, relaxing and calming. Always clean, professional and they always have all the extra items you need i.e. Slippers, a candle in the Float room, different teas always filled appropriately in the relaxation room.

As my first ever experience this type of wellness service. To say the truth was never in my lifetime would be on my bucket list. My partner who secretly for a birthday gift, blind folded me and took to the establishment. Wholly hell what a outstanding surprise. We were treated to a service of herbal tea, sauna and the float pool.(I agree with the staff you can't drown or sink, as I
do sink like a stone in any water). I am living proof that its impossible to drown.
Staff were so friendly, helpful, and inviting. For a guy that is a total rough diamond. This was a head turner to experience happiness in a different way. Thoroughly recommend anyone to go. Most definitely will go again.

Have had my best ever massages at CityCave Bowral. Have also enjoyed the infrared sauna, and the float tank (which is large and not a pod)
