I experienced my first Float this week, followed up by a massage. The staff are incredible for sure and they make the whole process so easy by asking questions and providing information about the services. I had read the FAQs beforehand and felt very prepared for the experience.

I decided to do the float naked (as suggested) and was amazed how as a larger lady (size14/16) that I was well held up and floated easily. I opted for a mix of music and silence which you can specify as per your own preferences. I used the provided head floatation device at times but found that this was often brought to my sensory awareness while in use and ditched it due to the distraction. At times I found the water made me feel itchy along my back and legs. I’m not sure why but it was quite disruptive. I was also held so high out of the water, which was so beautifully warm that my exposed toes and front felt a little bit cold at times. The water I moved on top of me then dried and salt crystals remained. Not great but not too bad.

At the end I turned over, using the two head flotation rings under my arms and rested my chin on my hands. This was quite comfortable and helped ensure my front got some benefit from the salts too.

The shower and products provided in the bathroom were lovely and generous. The time in the lounge to relax was lovely and staff again offered water and tea.

The massage was great. Anna was fabulous in helping me to relax, checking in with pressure and dealing with problem areas.

Will definitely try the float again and so keen for the sauna in the future too.

The facilities are very clean, staff very friendly and helpful and plenty of items to sample.

I have had on the past, massages, infra-red saunas and floats. Love them all and glad to be back.

The staff at Bella Vista City Cave were attentive from the moment I walked in. They knew who I was straight away, offered me a tea, asked if I needed anything, and they very informative before and after my sauna! Highly recommend.

Had an amazing time on Valentines day. We had the couple packages for inferared Sauna and floating therapy. Really good service and staff were so professional. Highly recommend and definitely will go again

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but the staff were friendly and the float tank was exceptional. I have never felt a feeling of floating like this nor the silence & serenity. Would highly recommend for those mums or anyone else that need to take time out for themselves. The whole experience was amazing. I can’t believe I waited so long to do it!!
