Well that was very surprising!

You wouldn't think that 60 minutes could unwind you soooooo much. First time visit for a couples float session. A Christmas present from our daughter from last year. Thought we had better use it.

The staff were very pleasant and professional. Made the experience wonderful.

The facility is so lovely and well considered.

Totally disgusted charged all $199.00 when no policy in place for an emergency having to cancel but wanted to reschedule. Reason I had to cancel I received a phone call my old dog was very ill vomiting blood.
I understand that the staff member is expecting to work I would have understood if they charged something even half $100.00 I would have accepted.
Lost me as a regular customer. Bad Bad Customer Service

I loved my first ever experience with City Cave Aspley. I wasn’t sure what to expect but everything was explained in the perfect amount of detail for me, with all staff I encountered being friendly and welcoming. The place is super clean and smells beautiful, it was much fancier than I expected! The sauna followed by float was incredibly relaxing and this was one of the best massages I have ever received. 10/10 would recommend! Such a blissful way to spend a Monday.

Was the 2nd time doing an open float and I am loving the experience. I had previously only did floats in pods but I highly recommend trying the open float. The space provided by City Cave Aspley is relaxing, calm and comfortable. The staff are friendly, kind, welcoming and helpful. I will be definitely returning for more services.

We really enjoyed our Couples Floatage - 45 min massage and 1 hr float.
Both were excellent.
The only thing that we thought might have worked better is if my partner had of been asked if he had another service and dressed in robe after massage (like I had), also waiting in a robe in the general waiting area with everyone else felt very embarrassing. Wasn't a fan of that part only.
Thanks was a very relaxing afternoon 🙂

We had an anniversary float and sauna and it was an amazing experience. We felt at home immediately and it was well worth the money for the service as well.

I managed to lose my rings and the lovely ladies turned the place upside down to try and find it, which was greatly appreciated.
