I have read through some of these reviews and do not understand what they are on about. I have found them to be nothing but friendly and professional. I keep all my scripts there and they manage my account perfectly, always letting me know when updated scripts are needed or letting me know if I can receive any government assistance for a particular script or scripts

The pharmacist is always a delight and always has a hi when I come in as do the other staff there.

Amazing customer service. Wendy aka Linda (I called her the wrong name twice) was so helpful to assist me in getting certain products, providing feedback on products she has used and providing a safe environment for this type of conversation. She sure went above and beyond. I forgot to post this 1 month ago when the interaction happened. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Middle age lady who was taking prescription script on 14 Nov 2023 around 9:30am was racist, I heard she spoke "Bloody non English man" while she did not get reply from Non English man when she asked How can I help you. I went first time to this store considering the advertisement We won't be beaten the price on the store wall. I asked to match the price as the price of the medicine in this store was $4 higher than Chemist warehouse. She said she cannot do price match. Their advertisement is misleading so do not go to this store. I went to Pharmacy 4 less in Riverstone to check the price for this product and it was $2 less than Cincotta chemist Riverstone. It would be worth to buy from Pharmacy 4 less in such case.

After 5-ish years as a loyal customer, I WILL NOT BE BACK. EVER.
Not only has one of the two pharmacists previously refused to supply PRESCRIBED DIABETIC MEDICATION, she kept my script on a "waiting list" FOR 6 WEEKS. When asking about the progress of the wait list, I was informed by a different staff member that they didn't have a wait list. They never had a wait list. She found my prescription in a desk drawer! The same pharmacist yesterday dispensed a box of controlled medication WITH PILLS MISSING FROM THE PACK and others had the anti-tamper blister seals broken. After letting them know of the issue with this pack of medication, I was told to "just take what's left as normal". SERIOUSLY?! There a reason why manufacturers specifically state DO NOT TAKE IF SEALS OR BLISTER FOIL IS DAMAGED. Why tell someone to take meds that could have been tampered with? They know the risks better than the rest of us.
As their cctv doesn't show the pack being tampered with AT THE TIME OF SALE, they've accused my husband of stealing the missing pills and of messing with the others.
(I have reported the missing controlled medicine to police, but...).
No one is going to mess with medicines at the counter right before they are handed over, they'll do so between receiving the shipment and dispensing. I'm now without that medication for 2 weeks.
I thought I was doing the right thing by letting them know there was a problem with the packet, but obviously not. All that achieved was giving them the time and opportunity to cover their behinds. Now I'll be opening and checking EVERY medication at the counter BEFORE I leave with it. For that, I apologise to the next pharmacy and everyone in line behind me.

Well it is a difficult one to review.
Either you get excellent service from staff or you will be treated like an idiot. Especially middle aged lady who is at cash counter, she is very rude and condescending.

But the other girl who works at cash counter is very nice and treats customers with respect.
