Excellent practice. Dr Elspeth Man has been my GP for several years (my Google name is a pseudonym). She's compassionate, thorough, approachable, very caring and respectful. The nursing staff who've helped with vaccinations and information over the years have also been terrific. And I've found the reception staff helpful and friendly.

Great experiences with the doctors and most of the reception team except for Cameron who was very rude and dismissing. I spoke politely and was just confused regarding results and she spoke in a very disrespectful manner to a patient who was stressed about finding out results. Maybe she was having a bad day but that’s no excuse to be rude.

An accredited practice providing a range of dedicated General Practitioners (often members or fellows of the Australian College of GPs, or with other special endorsements). I thank Dr. Sheila Knowlden and Dr. Prue Kirby for their awesome long-term care --initially at Edgeware Family Practice, then at Church Street. I can't thank Dr. Knowlden enough! However, all the doctors I've consulted at CSMP for two decades, and my new GP, Dr. Benjamin Tong, have been excellent. The clerical staff are also wonderful. A huge Thank You to Church Street Medical Practice for helping make life easy 🙂

I would like to take a moment to express gratitude to two specific doctors at this practice. I’ve had some ongoing chronic issues and Dr Anna + Dr Lindsay are extremely patient, kind, empathetic and thorough with their approach. These two really helped me feel motivated, equipped, + worthy of receiving help. That might sound dumb but I’ve been invalidated by professionals in the past and it’s made me feel crazy. ( no disrespect to Drs I know it’s a hard gig) I really honestly appreciate the quality of client care these two provided. Xx

I and my family have been going to this practice for 38 years. We recently moved to a suburb 30 minutes drive away and will not be changing as we have received the very best of care over those years. Yes, it now takes longer to get an appointment but that is happening to everyone I know, regardless of where their doctor is. I make sure I plan my check-ups, vaccinations etc and this helps alot. The practice nurses are wonderful, the pathology service very convenient. We are very happy here.
