I have never experienced a more unorganised business! I used these guys for the past 5 years , they use to really good when Oscar was there .. I was on 90 g limit with 16 repeats . The business was sold new doctors came on and everything got worse and worse and worse. I left tried to find a different doctor with no luck so after months I’m back to try them again. Oh my God I think they somehow a worse now .. doctor sounded so stoned he could barely speak, couldn’t understand him , hung up before asking where my scrips are going .. now they only give 2 repeats WTF what a rout I’ll be paying them once a month 😡🤬

I have been with Chronic Doctors since their inception and have experienced this business go downhill. The appointment setters and phone/email reception staff are unskilled in customer service and lack basic manners and courtesy required, especially in a medical setting. The staff even scoffed at me when I referred to my medical cannabis as "medicine" which is very revealing of how inappropriate some staff are for the role for which they are employed. The doctors are Chronic Doctors are however exceptionally good and are let down by the unskilled workers in the team. Off to Canary I go 👋

Was brilliant while Oscar and jarred worked there now they just take your regular medicine away and try reduce you and your scripts so you have to keep spending money on follow ups also Dr Rony Kurian is not a good doctor doesn't listen just barks out what he thinks he knows highly uneducated doctor when it comes to medical conditions and treatments this doctor sounds anti cannabis yet prescribes it.. go to a clinic that cares about your health and wants to listen not these clowns who keep changing your doctor every 6 months and now to top it off they are selling patients off to a worse clinic called curated health stay away !!

The place is continually changing doctors, can't get a decent one in the last 12 months, decreasing limits and not listening just doing g what they think is best which is different every appointment, sick of having people ring and talk crap and try sell me stuff even before my appointment. Don't bother go elsewhere

I have used these guys for over a year and they do not care in the slightest about their patients, every time I have a script problem and try to get in contact with them it can take days or weeks to be resolved and it is practically impossible to get in contact with a doctor. This place only cares about making money off of the people they treat with little to no care about how these people are doing or coping

I have been using them for years, but they can’t keep doctors, their admin team is lazy and dumb as rocks. This last appointment I had to wait a week to see a doctor, then got charged $60 for a 2 minute phone call, and three days later I’m ati waiting for scripts. Avoid them like the plague, another dodgy “medical practice” who are less reliable than the black market.

The doctors at this clinic are exceptional. They possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise in their respective fields. During my appointments, I never felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, the doctors took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my diagnosis, and present me with a range of treatment options. Their clear communication and compassionate approach instilled confidence in me and made me feel like an active participant in my own healthcare journey.
In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional team at this clinic. From the friendly and helpful staff to the skilled and caring doctors, my experience has been nothing short of remarkable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine compassion make them a standout in their field.

I paid for my initial consultation and had my appointment with a Dr Josh with no issues. I called Chronic for a new appointment as my scripts were running low, for them to tell me they don’t know when I’ll be able to have another appointment as the drs haven’t opened up their booking schedules. I requested an alternative doctor as I’d be out of medication and was told no. 3 weeks later I called back for an appointment, told the same thing so I asked for a discharge to be done so I am able to take my business and money elsewhere where I am able to receive the service I pay for, to be told that they can’t do that either. 7 weeks on I’ve still had no luck, little to no communication. No medication or scripts for 7 weeks. I get a phone call today advising me of an appointment available, I called back 2 sections later to have no answer. Nobody responds to emails and when you try call, it hangs up or says the voicemail is disabled and doesn’t ring through. I have been requesting a refund for weeks and nobody responds. I wouldn’t recommend Chronic Doctors to anybody, when there are alternative places that generally care and are there for your needs but Chronic doctors definitely aren’t that. I’ve spoken to 3 different males who had no idea what to do or how to help as they were new and the female workers act like you trying to communicate with them is coming out of their weekly wages.
