Today Tuesday April 22 2025 I have tried to phone this medical clinic eight times.
The last time I actually got the machine and it said you are number two after 8 minutes I was number one I waited 30 minutes and 15 seconds listening to the recording then it cut out.

I have followed Vidyha Sanjeevi to four practices now - probably over 10yrs. Once you find a good doctor - you don't let them go. I have always found her very thorough and i rarely have to wait. The onsite pathology is also really good and saves a lot of time having to go elsewhere. Can always get a park out the front too.

I really appreciate not to have to wait for my appointment. I also like the reception staff and the nurse that takes my blood or vaccinate are professional and are really good with needles. I really like the practice.

Reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Dr. Sanjeevi is a poor excuse for a doctor and I will never go back to see her. Always leave the centre more unsettled and confused of my medical situation than when I walked in.
Don’t waste your time, I do not recommend this clinic at all.

I visited the surgery for the first time yesterday and saw Dr Vidhya Sanjeevi, such a lovely caring female Doctor who was very thorough. This is the surgery right next to dental smiles not the the big cream brick building on the road. Bit hard find. I also noticed the male doctor who gave me a lovely big smile and a very friendly nice receptionist. I would not hesitate to return and will be recommending this clinic to anyone who needs a nice female doctor.

Dr Vidhya Sanjeevi is fantastic, she always takes the time to make sure all questions are answered & is happy to educate me and my kids if we don’t understand. Very thorough and really cares about being a great Doctor to her patients.

Extremely poor service, I have never been to a more unhelpful doctors clinic, both reception staff (who seemed to make it their goal to antagonise me) and the doctor (who has little to no communication skills and left me asking 20 questions to get a simple answer). Not worth putting your health or money in their hands!!
