Reception staff were great! Very polite and helpful.
However, Don’t bother going here if you’re sick and need help, especially if Dr Padma is your doctor.
She needs her accreditation cancelled.

Hi ,I’m very happy with the medical centre, BUT now we have this influx of people after Covid I’m finding it very hard to see my Doctor ,Dr Savitri, I have been coming to Doctor for eleven years and went to her Broadbeach centre eleven years ago ,there doesn’t seem to be any preference towards patients that are patriotic who have been coming for all these years.The other day I had to see another Doctor who was very nice but I like to see MY Doctor ,I really don’t know how these things can be fixed but that’s my bit of a gripe review !!!regards Maria Smith

I have been going to this Medical Centre for 8 years now since I moved to the Gold Coast. I even gave other Medical Centres a whirl… but hands down they are the kindest, most knowledgeable and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, whether it be relocating to the Gold Coast, or simply not being satisfied with your current doctors… you will absolutely always be in safe hands, no matter which one of the doctors u choose to visit! x

I had an appointment today with Dr Padmasundari Pulivarthi.
She was extremely dismissive, rude and had ZERO compassion. I became extremely upset in the appointment and when trying to raise concerns about my health and she couldn’t have cared less, stood up and showed me the door.
I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone seeking medical advice unless you are prepared to be met with an extremely cold and bad attitude, lack of empathy and to be rushed out the door.
I left shocked and utterly devastated from her treatment towards me.

I have been a patient of Dr Hanna’s for many years and give her the highest recommendation. She is extremely thorough, very efficient, but always warm and friendly. She takes my preferences into consideration and always has good insights about my wellness. The clinic always send out t8mely notifications of upcoming tests. I feel that I am in very good hands.

Dr Hanna has been my Dr for the past 3 years. Massive life changes, operations, womans health concerns and so on. My 2 adult girls now see her also. She has become part of our family. Thanks for all of your support and guidance Dr Hanna. Highly recommend.
