Does this association open the flood gates for negligent hospital staff to be covered further or for facilities to hide behind the banner and LIES of informed consent?

I once embraced my fellow man, but through witness testimonials of bad deeds within the health sector, am slowly getting a taste of their venom. And quickly disliking most. Sorry

This idea of Choosing Wisely is the exact opposite of what you should do Some patients without family and friends have little or no choice. CW has been developed to save the backsides of negligent medical workers. Such whom are legally bound to servitudinal practices - to do good, safe work, yet many fail through incompetence and/or intentional malice such as organ-ic harvest ? And staff will 100% be covered while all accountability befalls the patient.

Or will patients be able to apply within their rights under the National Charter of Healthcare Rights to make informed, fair and mutually beneficial choices before treatments ? access to service, information and treatment before treatment needs to be CLEAR and FAIR.

Sounds very much like a paper shuffle and breeding ground for white coat crime to continue to flourish and trick the minds of new hospital staff, and patients alike.
