Choice Pharmacy Vincentia has some of the best staff I have witnessed from any pharmacy. In Comparison to stores like Chemist Warehouse where customer service is basic to low. Choice Pharmacy lives off making sure their customers are content and looked after. The pharmacists and other staff always go out of their way to make sure customers get what they need and it is one of a kind. I have never experienced such customer service before.

Choice Pharmacy is located inside Vincentia Marketplace. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help with anything in particular. I was approached by three different staff members during my time in the store, who all helped me find what I was looking for, and offered advice with my decisions. The shop was both wheelchair friendly and child friendly. The aisles were easily accessible and they even had a little desk and chair area to keep small children occupied.

I have used this chemist for quiet awhile now but I have to make sure I check my scripts before leaving because they on most occasions leave out one of my medications. It's not very professional. I know they are very busy but really should check all scripts before handing them out.
