We had a medical emergency and they were so kind and helpful. We were blown away by the Manager, Chris. He dropped by the room after we got back from hospital , he got up to help with the ambulance and let me back into the room when I left the key inside. The rooms are pleasant, well equipped and spotless. Customer service in this motel are the benchmark against all others need to measure themselves. Thank you Chris.

The motel is great value for the price. The bed was comfortable, the location was surprisingly quiet, the amenities offer were all that was required for a short stay. It was clean and the staff were friendly. No complaints, we will stay again in the future.

Nice comfortable motel in a good location as it's nearby to a tavern and small shopping centre, rooms are large and very clean, the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately it's quite dated now and really needs some renovations, I have stayed there before and would probably stay again, I can't comment on service as the only interaction I had was booking in, which took 1 minute.

Chris the owner I think is supportive . Room is big ,with sitting and dining as well kitchen area (only microwave and sink in the room ) as well price is best with 10 mites drive to the Tugerrah Westfield as well Entrance beach .Many more beach and nature walk . 3 minutes walk to the Coles . Towel ,Bed sheets all were clean and we used it (though I took extra bed sheets and towel s ).
Also ha varanda .We parked car next to the room was easy for us to bags and luggage to move in the room and from the room to the car. We (Me and Husband ) stayed there 2 nights .
Bought different type of lunch from Tugerrah Westfield food court only added salad buying from Coles as well donut to have with tea .
Was not expensive tours but so special one and peaceful with big room with all facilities ? specious room my husband said.
Price was best $309 October time. ?

We were pleasantly surprised at the size and facilities of the room. The decor was a little dated cut very clean. Plenty of power points and lights close to the bed and a nice little balcony that overlooks the river. There’s a good, modern kitchenette, sofa and table. The bathroom and shower were clean and spacious. We had a room at the front of the motel but heard very little noise from the road, in fact, it was very quiet all round even though there were plenty of other guests at the time. Our takeaway impressions are that this motel is clean, spacious and well situated. We’d definitely stay there again.

The staff are friendly and the management is excellent. The rooms are on the larger size and very clean. The bed is also comfy, and the service was fantastic.

Friendly greeting - good recommendation for dinner but there is also a shopping centre a short walk away. Huge room and even though our room was right at the front close to the road really quiet. Big bathroom comfy bed, kitchenette and a/c with all the basics we needed including good WiFi. Good motel
