Horrible, just flat out horrible.
Joked about my suicide thoughts, had no idea what questions to ask, were just very moody and forget about basically everything they needed to ask and was just saying questions out of their head but since it was a 'Friday afternoon' it was fine? And they just laugh it off forgetting that a suicidal person is in the same room as them and needed help, but no let's just joke about it like it isn't serious or anything like that, shall we?
Hire people who know how to do their job, instead of hiring people who think asking a child about their suicide is something that can be laughed about.

Never had a better experience with therapy. I spoke with Rachael and she made my first positive therapy experience I have had in a while. Highly recommend for anyone struggling to just give it a go.

Very unimpressed with the choose of words used by staff when asked questions to a 15 year old who has come in with suicidal thoughts, self harm body image and previous attempt. Lady asked my daughter has she always been a bigger girl! This is not necessary at all and was also judged for eating when asked what she was doing for her birthday the lady said oh eating. You really need better trained staff and watch the things you say as my daughter came out worse off than when she came in crying.

Cahms staff was nice enough but the whole program was a let down and achieved nothing in finding help. They say they offer many services but can’t list them and won’t provide any information. Complete waste of time.
