These guys are great when you need to release some stress. I have never had a bad massage there and always feel refreshed walking out the door. Unless it is really busy at the shopping centre you can walk straight in. I’ve rarely waited more than 45 minutes though.

Just had acupuncture for a sore crooked back with Helen 👍, she also suggested blood cupping , I walked out straight & with no pain.
Definately will be back for any further back complaints or relaxing massage

I have had a few massages with Chi and I have been impressed.
I had a massage on Sunday with Carter and WOW he seems now where all the spots that I am having issues with, without telling him. Very happy customer and will continue to go back.

Second time going to this place today. Had same lady as the first time. Had 1 hour massage full body and was again well worth it! Had sore lower back before I had it but felt amazing afterwards. Only thing was she didn't do arms at all but probably because I got her to concentrate on lower back a bit more. Was awesome and very relaxing. Could have gone for a longer one. More than happy!

I've been here several times and it's been hit and miss. Mostly it's been pleasant, with the masseuse asking where you would like them to focus and whether pressure is okay. There are undoubtedly some trained and very decent professionals there.
Regardless, I went there yesterday and had the worst massage of my life. The woman pressed her elbows into my spine, which is now very sore today, and used very little technique. It almost felt like the woman wanted to cause unnecessary pain. I've had hard massages before which have been painful, but this wasn't right. Either this woman knew she was performing incorrectly or had absolutely no training or qualifications. Even if she hadn't used her elbows to squish the sh*t out of my spine it would still have been terrible, as when my bones weren't being traumatised my back felt like it was just being rubbed in quick circular motions with the palm of her hand or smacked. I think they need to review their staff and ensure they have trained professionals who value customer service. People's bodies are nothing to mess with. I pray for the next person who has to endure those elbows.

Worst massage ever. The massage itself was very rough and painful. There was absolutely no communication during the massage and no sense of care or interest in the client receiving the massage. And the business seems to be very uninterested in the client too-didn’t introduce or explain the service; didn’t ask for feedback and didn’t provide a receipt. Definitely won’t be returning or recommending. There are plenty of other good massage services around. I’d give zero stars if I could!

The staff were so kind today at Chi. I had a very sore neck and a screaming bub and they looked after me and my neck is feeling much better. Thankyou ☺️ Highly recommend.

I’m always impressed and very relaxed after going to Chi for foot & body massages. The reception staff are very friendly and the therapists really know where you’re aching, often without even asking. The fact they accept HICAPS is wonderful, you can just pay the gap after a remedial massage.
The new space by Kmart is much larger and very cleanly. They also offer you water before or after your appointment, which is always welcomed.
