Receptionist are super lovely, especially Meg who is always my fav! Dr Ali is the most thorough Dr I have ever encountered and Liam is such a lovely young lad. Highly recommend the Elizabeth practise!

Absolutely brilliant service from all. The front desk staff are very friendly, nurses were absolutely on the ball, attentive and compassionate. The doctor was extremely thorough and professional. Keep up the fantastic work.

I recently underwent some medical tests, and I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the healthcare staff. I must highlight Miss Sofi, who was exceptionally courteous and thorough in explaining each procedure. It’s uncommon to encounter such attentive healthcare professionals.

Had 4 doctors in 4 months mostly due to unavailability. Initial examination was incomplete and advice not helpful. 15 minute physio appointment spent talking, completely useless.

Came here today for a medical/physical for a new job I’m hoping to start. Exceptional staff! Front desk ladies were amazing and very informative about wait times, what they needed patients to do, etc… The physio was absolutely lovely and so was the nurse I saw. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Can be a little hard to find however. But it’s in the old Holden admin building. Just enter the far right doors at the front of the building.

The reception staff and doctors are absolutely amazing, I have been going to chg for the last 6mths and been doing physio with Tyler for last 2mths. Tyler is exceptional at his job, even when you not feeling like doing physiotherapy that particular day, he makes it easy to get through it 💯😁

I disagree with some of the reviews. Receptionists were absolutely wonderful. Especially Megan who rang me at home as she noticed I was struggling. Almost 3yrs attending it's hard to remember them all but stand outs were physiotherapists Abby Docking and Mark Standing. Very professional and went out of their way to help. The other stand out was that tall skinny girl exercise psychologist forgot her name without her I wouldn't be where I am now. 😂 thanks

Jamin Tretola was the best physiotherapist I’ve been to. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. His attention to detail whilst providing a reassuring, informative and enjoyable visit to was the best I’ve seen across his profession. Out of the many Physios I’ve seen across hospitals, sportsmed and clinics, Jamin Tretola stands above the rest.
