How do I do half a star on this thing? Yeah that's too much. The nurse was good, and recorded my responses properly, but the dr i saw after giving my urine sample deliberately ask the questions so fast that I couldn't understand him and wouldnt say them slower when i asked him to do si repeatedly. Not only that, but he rushed through that part of the assessment in under 10 min, when the whole assessment was supposed to take 2 hours. I find out later, from others that i know who have undertaken the same assessment that he didnt actually complete the whole assessment and actually missed out vital parts of the assessment that need to be done in order for a proper report to be done.

And not to mention I don't think he recorded my answers to the questions correctly which would have had a negative impact on the final report, but of course I was not shown the responses that he recorded and therefore was not able to confirm that he had recorded the correct information and now these money grubbing thieves tell me I have to wait another 3 months before paying them another 500 that I can't afford only to have them pull the same dodgy crap on me again.

I don't think so. I am appealing their incorrect decision, and I will take this as far as I need to because their assessment methods need a massive overhaul so they can stop screwing people over the way they do.

Looking at all these reviews regarding their wallet raping ways I don't think a class action would imposible to pull off.

And with all the extra time I've got on my hands being I still cant drive and therefore work ive got all the time in the world to work on getting one started.

Don't ever talk to these people. They are the worst in every way possible. They don't understand the guidelines they work with and can't even write a referral. Don't trust them, don't see them. Go see literally anyone else.
They're discriminatory and hate their patients, they'll make you have multiple appointments to charge you extra and they will only do performative responses like the one below because they really don't care about their patients. "please reach out"? They have my contact details and they refused to even speak to me.
I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The dependency tests are a joke for eg. i could only have 1-2 cones a month and itd be classed as dependant by the bullshit testing system! Or from daily use to stopping for 3-4 weeks or possibly longer and if above the cut off point still be classed as dependant but in reality if i was dependant id still be using pretty much daily, its just basically a scam to take our money!!! Also when awaiting results its pathetic, its 2025 and yous cant email us but have to take up to a week to send a piece of paper, this system is designed to stuff people around financially and mentally

Worst pre employment medical I’ve ever done, I’ve done over ten with multiple different companies and this was by far the worst. Absurd amount of in unnecessary paperwork that literally repeats itself and could be saved by doing an online checklist not to mention I’ve been here for over 3 hours and I’m still waiting. Genuinely terrible.

Very unprofessional staff, they speak on the phone with such professionalism, yet in person are unbecoming of medical professionals, they do not listen and basically state your being untruthful with them they are unwilling to even sight documents of support from other medical professionals, I wouldn't recommend them they have a very poor view of pensioners and are very disrespectful in person.

1 star too many. Doctor Rajesh Venugopal was rude and barely glanced at us . He did not answer any of our questions and simply printed off a script and sent us on our way with no advice on future care or even clear acknowledgement of the problem. A production line process. Would have had more compassion and empathy talking to brick wall. This kind of behaviour doesn’t seem uncommon when reading other reviews.

Worst medical ever done. The young asian nurse with little tattoo behind her ear is one of the rudest people ive ever met. She should not be in this industry. Medical took over 3 hours every time i went from one section to another they made me go back into waiting room and wait for the next person. Absolute joke. Such an uncomfortable experiance. Other reviews seem to agree. I suggest use have a major employee shake up

This is about 1500 dollars later!.. Then refuse to tell me why !?..

I have no choice but to pay the money again to them!!!.
