I have been a patient of this practice for a few years now and strongly recommend them. Dr Tom McGowan is a wonderful doctor who listens, is understanding and very helpful. I also like how the practice has a blood test area inside. You can also get iron infusions here. Reception are always lovely.

The clinic is efficient for securing prompt appointments, but my experience with the female doctor, Dr Tate fell short of expectations. She appeared more preoccupied with managing time in the consultation room (to bill long consult ) and collecting unnecessary data than addressing my symptoms, swiftly dismissing my concerns.

While the clinic may be suitable for quick visits, I hesitate to recommend it for regular appointments. Other doctors with more patient-centered approaches, particularly for those seeking gap fee options, are worth considering. Based on my experience, paying gap fees at this clinic doesn't worth it.

The doctors here are fine - no issues at all. Its the reception staff and the running of the place that lets it down. Consistently never on time (>30 mins) with no heads-up from reception at check-in, double-booked, not advising of no vaccines in stock when making booking etc. The list goes on. Get somebody to sort that out ASAP, and you have a good practice.

Definitely suggest going to this medical practice - they are extremely family friendly! This practice was just so patient and caring with my 2 year old twins. All the doctors at this practice go above and beyond to make sure each visit is comfortable and easy. I often turn up with no appointment and they always manage to fit me in. Great doctors!

All the doctors, nurses and the receptionists are the most caring team I have ever come across. They practice with the patients best interest in mind. I have never felt rushed at a visit, the waiting periods are short and they always try to fit you in if it’s an urgent/last minute appointment. I would recommend them 100% 🙂

I had to book an urgent appointment, and fortunately was able to see Dr Richards. The care she demonstrated was fantastic and she made me feel 100% at ease. I have complete confidence and feel I have found a GP for life. The reception staff also responded to my email request for results promptly. Definitely would recommend.
