Staff collecting scripts probably need some better training and customer service skills. The girl who served me did not have a strong command of English and I could barely understand her. Not an ideal situation when you are dealing with medication.

They treat you like a drug addict for getting regular medicine, and impose ridiculous limits on those items. Every single other chemist you can go to in the region do not impose these limits for the same supplies. Avoid if possible.

Would not recommend getting generic prescriptions from here. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I was 3-4 weeks in taking the medication that it was faulty. I’ve been taking this medication for years and have never had any issues until now (this is the first and only time I have gotten scripts made up here).

So slow in getting a prescription. Even when not busy, 9am and one person in front it's extremely slow.
They only get customers on price, not customer service.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been here on different days of the week at different times of the day, it doesn’t matter - it always takes at least 20-30 minutes for your script to be filled.

Call ahead to ask if they have your medicine in stock. I’ve been caught out waiting in line for up to 10 minutes only to finally reach the ‘scripts in’ desk to find out they don’t have it.

I only suggest this place for click and collect. Get your stuff and then leave. They are helpful and do their job. They are just better for click and collect not prescriptions.

I have never encountered such an awkward and humiliating experience in my life ever. The security guard (is male, tall+lean and thin, clean shaved and wears glasses) who worked today (24.05.2024 @ 1300 hrs friday arvo) definitely is not for retail job. I went there with my partner to enquire reg. some vaccines as I am 37weeks pregnant. We had already been into the chemist inside the nearby shopping centre before and bought some raspberry leaf tea bags and went to this one afterwards coz the previous one couldn’t vaccinate us. This security guard stopped us and asked for the receipt which is understandable that he is doing his job. When we told him that we bought it from another store prior to coming here, he then started to say that we should have had a receipt from the previous store. He started looking into the bag without our consent and went to the counter down to check.This happened in front of so many people, it was humiliating and also I was not very well though still had to wait. Instead of saying sorry, he was more rude and when we tried telling him that it was very wrong of him to do so, he honestly said , “ I don’t care, this is my store and do not come here from next time”. We did talk to the manager about this, but the manager himself seemed unaware of what to do in such circumstances, though he was sweet enough to patiently hear our concern. I also read other reviews online matching the description of this same security guard who failed to deliver positive experience to the costumers. This man should be truely fired, has no basic manners and respect towards people. This behaviour of him single person gives a negative impression of the whole team in the chemist there.
