One star for the scripts and pharmacists up the back.
Told 20-25 minutes and would get a text when ready.... 45 minutes later was wondering wtf was going on... stood in the line at the script collection to ask. Nope. Being in line didn't matter. Some woman is calling out names QUIETLY, one by one, until a person realises its them, then those people are cutting off us in the line to grab their scripts. Still waiting in line, she's still calling out names and eventually stops and asks my name and grabs my stuff from the pile.

And this isn't the first time this has happened. Its happened to my partner and a friend.

Don't tell us we're getting texts. We never seem to get them. Instead of just calling names out continuously until someone bites, serve the line waiting too and stop ignoring us, and stop letting those being called out cut the line. Half of us don't know our names have been called (because we were waiting for texts and left the store).

Organise your scripts and medications section better.

The rest of the staff and store are great for grabbing things you need etc. But this part of the store is a joke.

I am not one to post negative reviews but this store has the worse customer service EVER! I bought a brand new cologne and it basically had no smell. I took it back within half an hour and explained to the lady and her reply was it’s a very light, very watered down smell and another girl piped in and said we are not responsible for faulty product. With customer service like this I will definitely NOT be going back to this store and I can see why there are so many one star reviews. Very disappointing experience!

They don’t do price as per the label. Manager Named SAM came and said they can’t help. As in picture I asked to get the price as on label but they refused. Very rude and worse experience on Chemist Warehouse so far. Never going back there again.

Had a great experience at Chemist Warehouse on 01/11 at mid-day. Wanted to buy a perfume which was half price but it wasn’t available at the store. The sales assistant then suggested to buy it from My Beauty Spot, upon saying that I checked the price there which wasn’t half price, Monica called my beauty spot and asked them to match the price. Monica went above and beyond to help customers, I would like to thank her for her excellent customer service, while she was extremely busy and the store was full of customers.

Arrived on Sunday, google says closing at 6pm. We arrived 5:28pm and were told by 6 different staff members trying to herd us out of the store that they close in 2 minutes as we entered. We went to the shops specifically for this item and checked the closing time before we left. Staff did not care what google said and were unapologetic.

The service from the minute you walk in is friendly.
The shop is always crowded but the staff were happy to help me find what I was looking for and knew the products well. Offered samples and overall was a lovely experience.

Pharmacist is a waste of time. Would rather have a chat with everyone than do his job. Doesn't check scripts, makes you wait 45 min to say he can't fulfil it.
