for some of their stuff they have really good prices like soap, but some perfumes they do not have the lowest price. the marketing of this store is successful as you will think everything is a bargain but be careful around those prices as not everything will be so cheap.

I visit this pharmacy regularly for my prescription medication, as well as some supplements and cleaning products. While their waiting time for prescriptions can vary, it's usually a bit lengthy. I personally would prefer if they offered an option to order online and collect in store, but I've had trouble figuring out how to do so. I attempted to sign up for an account on their website and app, but it turns out that I need a specific code from the store in order to register. After a few attempts I gave up, Therefore, I still use the traditional method of collecting my medication. In addition to their pharmaceutical products, the store also offers other items such as dishwasher cubes and shower balls, which are generally inexpensive. However, I typically purchase non-pharmaceutical items at Coles or Woolworths so I can collect Flybuys and Everyday Rewards points.

Terrible customer service!
I was serviced by Ella to checkout. She quickly closed the transaction without asking me if I need a receipt. I kindly asked her to reprint that receipt for me. And she said she could not bring the last transaction back, which was apparently bullshit.
She did not even apologize for her mistake and blamed me for not asking for a receipt upfront. Very well done, Ella.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful staff at your store. There was a particular occasion when I visited with my family to purchase some fragrances. A lovely young lady named Lucy, if my memory serves me correctly, went above and beyond to assist me.

Despite my 74 years (and a memory that's not as sharp as it once was), Lucy was incredibly patient and kind. Even though it took some time—due in part to my rebellious little grandchild—she remained attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I was there for so long that I could hardly tell the difference between the fragrances by the end, but Lucy's assistance helped me choose the best fragrance of my entire life.

I wanted to sincerely thank Lucy for her kindness and patience that day. Her exceptional service made a lasting impression, and I’m grateful for the experience.

This store is normally great value. However they and their Sensodyne supplier are shrinkflation-ing us badly. I used to buy 160g Sensodyne toothpaste for $12 ish here. $7.50 per 100g. Their new 100g shrunk Sensodyne sells for $10.99 with a $1.26 “discount”. So $10.99 per 100g. An increase of $3.49 per 100g. A whopping 46.5% increase per 100g. Go Sensodyne. Go chemist warehouse. Screw you consumers. 👎👎👎👎

Their customer service is really very bad. Employees are quite unfriendly and unhelpful. I think they don’t want people to visit their store.

Refuse to dispense the medication with my legal name on it The same staff member repeatedly referred to me using my dead name after I was assertive, they said they could actually dispense it with my legal name as per my Medicare card after they dispensed my medication, I doublechecked that they had labelled it correctly which they had checked with the pharmacist if I was okay to leave and they let me leave only to call me a few hours later to accuse me of essentially stealing the medication because they forgot to ask for payment I asked if I could pay over the phone and they said they couldn’t. I live 2 1/2 hours away from this store and they said I had to come in the next day to pay for it. repeatedly saying I haven’t paid for it
