The retail staff are fantastic.
The pharmacy side is completely and totally incompetent.
My last 3 visits have resulted in 2 lost prescriptions and the other time they didn't give me my repeat script with my medication, resulting in trips back to the GP to get new prescriptions again.
I highly advise you go elsewhere if practical.

Honestly never thought Id find a Chemist Warehouse WORSE than Saints Shopping Centre. But both this one and the Munno Para shopping centre store are truly abhorrent. They lie about their prescription wait times. Every time I've come in to get a script filled here, been told 20 minutes or half an hour and ended up waiting no less than 45 minutes. The pharmacy staff are just in a state of chaos and disorganisation. If you can't dispense medications in less than 45 minutes, be honest, dont lie to our faces and waste our goddamn time when we could go somewhere more expensive but be put of there quicker. Id rather pay 5x more and get out of there in half the time it takes here. AVOID this place and the one in the shopping centre unless you have nothing else to do for the day or evening. Just utterly deplorable!!

Retail staff are polite enough but the pharmacist's are INCREDIBLY rude. I've always been a loyal chemist warehouse shopper but after the experience in this store I think I'll just go up the road and pay a few extra $$ to receive the help i need and to be treated with a slight bit of kindness and respect.

Made the mistake of dropping in at 5:00pm Easter Thursday night on the way home from RAH.
Long wait, not surprising, took opportunity to get some takeaway nearby.
In the end good friendly service, had product we needed and open when other chemists probably closed.

Their prescription service needs some serious attention. They don't advise out of stock items until you have waited an hour (Saturday) but cheaper than the others! Other items are good when on offer!

All I can say is close it! Absolutely a waste of space. What is wrong with these pharmacists No people skills what so ever, I get they maybe under the pump but seriously where is the level of customer service..maybe the same level of stars I gave..Sadly I had to give at least one to post this, But it doesn’t deserve that.

Absolutely disgusted with the rude older staff member that just passed me off and would,nt help with my enquiry. I aint shopping there ever again. Pity there,s a great selection of products.

Took prescription in, only had 1 of 2 items, was supposed to phone when it arrived. Guess what , no call. I tried calling the pharmacy but gave up after being on hold for 20 minutes so I decided to send a email. Surprise Surprise still no answer. VERY POOR SERVICE
