I simply asked a question to a staff member and another staff member I wasn’t even asking made a comment that how would he supposed to know? I’d expect the worker to know where something is in the shop if they were wearing a uniform. Won’t be back here due to the rude service and snide unnecessary comments. I would like to say this was my local chemist,which I pretty
much lived down the road .
I entered I competition and it was how many lollies u had to
guess, me and my two kids 6 and 8 bought 5 bags of lollies to see how many lollies to fit in the jar went down
and entered. I had one miss call from
Chemist warehouse in ormeau. On Wednesday and 2 missed calls on next day so called back on Friday and couldn’t tell me why they where calling
So went into store on Saturday and Sunday with my kids and same lady said my manager will call on Monday so waited and Tuesday they called to say I won competition but gave away to someone else and lady picked up Friday . I’m just really disappointed and feel outraged that they can’t leave a message or a voicemail to tell me . It’s not rsl they could least try to call me back more once on Wednesday and leave a message,I diff will going back here ever again that’s for sure so goodbye….

I've been a loyal customer of Chemist Warehouse Ormeau for over eighteen months and have relied exclusively on their services for my complex medication schedule. This longstanding relationship set my expectations for a certain level of understanding which was unfortunately not met during my most recent visit yesterday afternoon. Utilising the app to submit a refill request earlier in the morning; I found myself in a predicament by the evening due to a lack of prioritised communication. Despite not having notifications enabled on my app—a detail I was unaware would be crucial—I received no direct call or text — which is how information about my prescription(s) would previously have been received.

Upon visiting the store after a long wait and a desire to collect my medication before childcare pickup - I was met with explanations about training new staff and being too busy which did nothing to resolve my immediate concern. Both pharmacists on duty (one new and one familiar) were notably unhelpful nor empathetic in this situation.

Past experience with prolonged waits for compound medication had already underscored the importance of proactive communication and effective assistance from staff (aspects that have seemingly always been significantly lacking at CW in Ormeau).

Being in a convenient location and having a reputation for competitive pricing might continue to secure my essential retail purchases from them; however, I have already requested a printed copy of my prescriptions on file (due to diminished trust) and Chempro (situated less than 450 meters away) have more qualified and respectful pharmaceutical staff that will offer price matching on prescriptions with CW !
