What a disgrace!
Went in to get a simple over the counter item, had to fill out a symptom form and then the pharmacist (female) questioned me about all of my symptoms out loud (in front of people). Regardless of how embarrassing the issue is, it’s worse when you’re put in the spotlight for everyone to know. The pharmacist then questioned me about buying this item even though I know she is not a qualified doctor or has no understanding of my medical history. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for that item to be checked and handed to the checkout, seemed like staff questioned my intention to buy this item and didn’t trust I had the finances to purchase. In NSW, it’s very straightforward and less intrusive on personal information. Go to Priceline down the road!

Out of the 3 chemist warehouse’s in Mildura this one is by far the worst, no room to move and the staff are so rude, they’ve kept my partner waiting over 30min because they forgot she was waiting, and once gave her someone else’s script. If you ain’t happy with your job then leave don’t take it out on the customers as they the reason you have a job.
