Have been travelling Oz for 18 months this is by far the worst chemist I’ve been to in the country. Had a specialist email a script and post the original to. This is after I phoned chemist to confirm they could order the medication in to be ready for when I arrived. Eight days later when I visited chemist the email hadn’t been opened and the hard copy must not have arrived according to them. There was no organisation behind the pharmacy counter. Put other scripts in, went to collect them and two hadn’t been filled. One of the e-scripts were lost (they print them out to give to pharmacist) then youngest pharmacist refused to fill one of my scripts as she said there was no way my doctor would of prescribed two of my medications together. I had to phone my doctors office in another state so she could discuss it with him. He wasn’t available, the surgery confirmed I was on both medications and we’re happy to forward her a copy of my health summary. She still refused to fill the script. I understand she is young, but perhaps needs to accept the decisions of doctors especially those with more experience and wisdom. A mess from start to finish, now I need need a new scripts issued to replace the lost ones and a visit another pharmacy. Reluctantly gave this one star as otherwise you can’t post a review.

Super busy place when I was there with people in the Isles, staff putting stock on shelves and people waiting for scripts.
Submitted my script, chatted with the pharmacist regarding my medications and was filled pretty quickly and I was on my way.
Mine was a positive experience, infact all my interactions with Chemist Warehouse outlets have been good.

Wanted to transfer a script from Melbourne but the guy at counter told me it would take a week to organize. I'm a long time Warehouse customer and new he just did not want to do anything about Eve so told him I was out...... No service miss it

Great service.

A big appreciation to the lady staff Eboni D as she tried to approach me for helping out when I was so confusing in the make up area. She was so careful and check with different items to make sure the best products for my skin.

I really didn’t expect that professional service in a local store, but she was so awesome.

Check stock status on their website first & the item may be found somewhere in the store. Using click & collect is the best idea.

Excellent product range, very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic value as expected from all chemist warehouse stores.
Easy parking available with the store having street front and laneway access.
Parking available next door for longer vehicles or trailers/caravans.
Excellent availability with great opening hours, they even have a nurse on site of an evening for general consultation.

Asked for S3 medication. The staff were quite rude. I ended up leaving and going to another pharmacy the next day. My first time in Mildura and my first time in this store. If you can avoid it, there are other friendlier pharmacies in Mildura
