If I could give 0 stars I would, the humiliation and the nerve of the pharmacist who would not issue my e-scripts even though they were issued today by the same drs for both medications previously dispensed and also showing the Dr called me prior to issuing the script after hours and for them not dispense my medication is disgusting . I believe my Dr's are more informed AND qualified than a pharmacist I will also be making a formal complaint to head office

Not happy with the service. The pharmacist on duty can’t even suggest the best medicine for a dry couch. Very unprofessional. Need to train the pharmacist more on customer service as one always sticks to the computer and don’t care about the customer waiting, as other have no idea on general medicines.

Placing a waiting chair 1 metre from the prescriptions drop off is extremely insensitive and a gross breach of confidentiality. Come on chemist warehouse, this should be a no brainer...keep the waiting chairs separate from an area where very personal information is being shared.

So frustrating place to get prescriptions medication. Last time it took literally 15-20 mins to get one even today the same. I don’t know what this people are doing here. It’s been 20 mins to get eye drops. Very poor service. Can see three pharmacist on the counter. Just thinking when many people are here what they are going to do. Shame don’t respects others time.

We shop there regularly but no more.
My elderly husband needed to use the toilet to pee urgently. He was refused access and told to go next door to McDonalds. We stressed he couldn’t wait that long.We went outside and he unfortunately had to relieve himself up against the wall at the back of the building. Where’s the humanity in that. We all get old, the bodily functions don’t always wait.
