Asking the customer to provide product code when the customer doesn’t even know the medical name of the product and not letting the customer explain further is not a good service standing behind the desk. I was forwarded to the front billing desk after both the customer and employee searched the whole aisle “wound dressing” pack (I now know the name as I had to google for next 30 minutes looking for its name). I had other things picked up in lieu of the wound dressing, but I returned it after her rude attitude, maybe as a chemist she didn’t like being on the billing desk. Happened on 11.30am 04.04.25 at Pound road Chemist warehouse. To the billing counter lady who was wearing white coat (chemist). The customer doesn’t work in chemist warehouse to know product numbers, “you are working there” and maybe next time listen to what the customer is trying to explain. I have attached a picture of what I was looking for actually.

Aisles that you can barely walk down without walking into stock on the floor.

The thinnest aisles I have seen in a chemist warehouse, yes I get you have to carry certain stock however you need to change your safety levels

If my retail store I managed, looked anywhere near this I would lose my job on the spot.

Out of stock of certain hayfever medication, won't match price of other branded stock, customer service is not desirable

If i worked at this store, I'd have to take a mental health day every other day due to onset of claustrophobia 😂 what a joke

Extremely handy and convenient with its late night opening hours. Store is very cluttered and aisles are difficult to navigate with stock piled everywhere. Needs a really good stocktake and overhaul of products that are doubled, tripled, and more. Staff could be a little more helpful too rather than making you feel as though you're a bother for asking questions.

The staff working at the front in the morning on 16/04/2025 were very friendly and helpful. - However, the owner (Seti), is very antisocial, hostile, dismissive and rude.

Also, Bebi or Bevi (she had a rough accent) is a liar and has horrible listening skills. I was inquiring about a refund for a faulty product (as you will be too if you shop here enough) and she told me to call back another time as she alleged there was no manager (when there indeed was). - After telling her to tell me her name and that the phone call is being recorded, she immediately backtracked and put me on to the manager (who was helpful and respectful).

Nonetheless, I highly encourage all customers to report this establishment to the ACCC for their dodgy conduct and neglectful management (as you will see in all the other reviews). 🙂

Bought a back support belt, which was already damaged when try to return complaining about the same they refused to take it saying we used it. Tried to explain the situation but the staff was very unfriendly and refused to refund anything. Will never recommend anyone to go there. Not first instance staff has always been very unwelcoming.

Don't have major brand of a medication that would be used by alot of ppl, and pharmacist was rude when I asked when they will have it in. I won't go there again, box's, and stock all over the floor, a lawsuit waiting to happen from someone falling / Tripping over. Wont ever go back with rudeness of tge pharmacist and lack of knowledge where items are gone. 20 minute wait when u walk in as they open, why, no one is ahead of you or waiting for scripts

Hampton park store Disgraceful attitude , rude and putting patients health at risk due to their own personal bias. I am appalled at a female pharmacist on the 27th of April at 330 pm - I am so appalled I have a right mind to not only publicly post a video of this disgusting behaviour but to write to whom ever needs to review their staffs ethical behaviour standards. Shame on the is Muslim woman - disgusting

I called to ask the cost of a 1 page stat dec and the woman that took the call yelled on top of me saying “after 10pm please, after 10 pm please” repeatedly before I could even finish the sentence. She was staff from cashier - not the pharmacy.
I had to pause and ask again what she said and she continued to repeat “after 10pm after 10 pm” and she said thank you and ended the call. I couldn’t even find out how much they charged. And who stays up that late on a work night? What sort of rule is that?

The local Chemist “Direct Chemist” just 2 mins away offered to do it straight away for $2.50.
