First chemist I have ever been to where I have had to show photo ID (M 57) to purchase 2 boxes of osteo panadol. Then grabbed 2 boxes of voltaren and ibufren as live out of town only to be told only one box of each per purchase, but you can make multiple purchases one after the other if you like. First and last time I will visit this particular store

Absolutely terrible service wait time 2 b served was over 40 min then 2 b told he closes at 6 and that I'm rude as I asked if he was the only 1 working never again

If you can, avoid this place. It has the worst service of any retailer in Australia. They will have 2 people working behind the script counter and 10 stocking perfume. How about losing some of the rubbish like perfume and make-up and put some staff on. There is a sign up that states they don't have enough dispensary staff, then fix it. 1 chemist, 1 person on scripts In but no one on scripts out, three staff stocking perfume. These people don't care at all about customers health, they just want to sell vitamins and perfume. I've never spent less than 30mins in here. Unfortunately it's the only chemist open after 12 noon on Saturday. Hands down the worst managed business in Griffith.

Went in last week to get a prescription and was told they needed to order it in, so I called up Thursday just gone, to make sure they had it in so I could nip in and pick it up. I got told they did... low and behold I was lied to. I got told I had to pay for it there and then even though I was leaving empty handed and then they lost my repeat prescription when I asked for it back so I was stood there for another 15 minutes with no one bothering about doing their job properly

Very bad customer service as I recalled my last visit on ( ) i went to chemist warehouse perfume section and wanted to test scents before buying perfume. I was serve by one of the staff not only she was rude but also did not know how to communicate with customer! We had a stiff moment when she refused what i asked and one of the lady in medicine line came and asked what happened I choose not to say anything to avoid arguments which seems to be time consuming. What a horrible experience. The staff here really need to work on their manners with customer.
