Learn your own business policies, you are not meant to be charging people if they need their scripts dispensed early. Yet you charged me because I needed mine a day earlier. Shame on you , what else are you being dodgie about? No longer having anything to do with this company again!

Wasnt able to collect my order and my sister was there and i couldnt even give them her ino to collect no medication just skin products. I have had other people collect as i live 4 hrs away. I spend a lot of money at chemist warehouse. I will nolonger be using them ill go to priceline.

Stuff is cheap, but the service is inefficient and often slow. I don't understand why I have to answer multiple questions to buy a medication through 'click and collect', only to have to wait 15 minutes at the check out for a pharmacist to ask me the exact same questions upon collection.

Service can be pretty slow when you hand in a prescription. I don't know if there is genuinely so much paperwork to do or they just want you to buy stuff from the shelves. At least the prices for the prescriptions are generally the cheapest available.

2 Gold Stars for price/value? Unfortunately that's where the good feedback stops. Two months ago first filed and paid for a script, only had 1 single box remaining, not the 2 that are needed, so was told to return to collect it, half script filled that day.

Received call 5 business days later advising they got stock in and my second box is ready for me to collect. The doctor since took me off this medication so didn't rush to get it, so weeks went by without me collecting it. What was interesting to note was no one gave me a follow up call to remind me it was still there at their business.

One would think the amount of revenue they rake in they would have the courtesy to post it to out to you. Seeing as it was their problem there was no stock available on your first visit. If I was a little old lady who could not drive, this is just a disgrace.

My experience today triggered this review. Waited 25 minutes to be told a completely different medication is not in stock. The attitude from the workers on all store visits is questionable at best, I have a feeling there is some underlying toxicity within this workplace.

Price is typically better than other chemists, but at least they have your stuff in stock. Call ahead first to save the headaches and grief of setting foot in store.

Drove from Mackay to Townsville, inadvertently forgot my son's insulin. Son is type 1. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Had my chemist in Mackay call to confirm they could dispense on a faxed script, pharmacist confirmed same, once I arrived at the chemist, staff members who were taking scripts didn't want to help, scoffed, said they usually need the original. Obviously if I had an original script on me I wouldn't require my sons usual home pharmacy to fax or email a copy of it.
In the end, this chemist warehouse said they didn't have any novo rapid in stock, which I find extremely hard to believe, given what it is and that they had already confirmed that a fax of the script was coming.
Would not recommend this chemist to anyone, but am also not surprised given the culture within Townsville itself that this is the type 'service' I have received.
No wonder people are forced to have to go to the local ED to obtain something as simple but vital as insulin!! Absolute disgrace!

Cheap prescriptions but you could be waiting for 1 hour only to find out they don’t have it. Massive let down. Waste!
