Purchased La vie est Belle perfume from Chemist Warehouse Fountain Gate Shopping Centre- when I opened the box I noticed that the perfume did not smell the same as it should nor look as it should. I double check the perfume with another store. The one purchased from Chemist Warehouse did not seem to be an original. I tried to get a refund was refused it even though it is my right under Australia Consumer Law section 54. Disappointed with their customer service and management.

Love this place! For more than 15 years I have been shopping at this store (and others) since it was a single store. It’s Always well stocked, the layout make sense and space. Staff are quick to help at the register. Only negative, pharmacist take too long, considering how big the dispensary area is, they could hire more pharmacist and dispense tech to be efficient and have better time management.

Waited 10 minutes at the counter for prescription no one even acknowledges you. The pharmacist walked past me and did not even look. Other people were also in the queue and after a long wait one girl said will be with you shortly. Took another few minutes. Maybe the staff may all need a lesson in customer service. Won't be visiting this store again.

Same as other reviews on this page, I had unpleasant interaction with pharmacy.
Called up in advance to have medication put aside. Get there and ask for the medication
I thought it was going to be quick because there was 5 different people working behind the pharmacy…. Get told that they don’t have my medication despite being told it had been put aside for me the day before …. Unacceptable really. This whole process took longer than half an hour to tell me they didn’t have what they told me I needed.
Really disappointing.

I’ve Been Shopping at This Chemist Warehouse For a Long Time.However,When My Injection Script Has to Be Ordered, My Mobile Is Written on the Script & They Say A Phone Call or a Txt will be Sent to Me When The Injection Arrives But I’ve Received No Such Call Or Txt. This Has Happened Too Many Times in The Past 2 Years.. I Complained Today But The Dark Skinned Male Staff Member Did Not Seem To Be Too Concerned.This Afternoon Approximately 14.00 Hours 06/03/2025.

Terrible Customer Service - Unacceptable Experience

I am beyond frustrated with the customer service I received at this pharmacy. I left my script at the counter and was told by the staff member that they would message me in 15 minutes when it was ready. After waiting for the promised time, I went back only to find the door locked and the pharmacy closed. My husband saw the staff locking up behind the door, so he asked two nurses (one male, one female) for help, explaining that we were still waiting for the message to pick up the medication for our child.

To our shock, the nurses casually told him to come back the next day to collect the medication. How ridiculous! If they couldn't fulfill the order or weren't able to help us, they should have been honest from the start instead of giving us false hope. We were left with no consideration for our child's needs and were told to just wait until tomorrow. Meanwhile, other customers were coming in to collect their scripts, and the pharmacy was still closed to us.

Finally, after further insistence, they handed over the script. But this entire experience was completely unacceptable and left us deeply disappointed. It’s hard to understand how a business could treat customers like this, especially when it involves the well-being of a child. Very poor service, and I would not recommend this place to anyone
