Took my mother in to get her shingles vaccination as she is over 50 and aboriginal and being advised by Medicare & her doctor she needed to get it done. To then arrive for the appointment for Thomas to say she couldn’t have it until she was 65. Once she told him she was aboriginal and she needed to get it as she was over 50 his whole attitude change and then he accuse my mother of lying & tell her she needed to calm down or he was going to have her removed. Told her she needed to proved she was indigenous.
Very rude & not professional at all.

The pharmacist this morning was fantastic. If he hadn't offered assistance I would have bought 2 medications that wouldn't have worked and that can't be taken together. I came away with 2 items and a better understanding of cough relief. I can see improvement for my husband already. Very knowledgeable and helpful young man. Highly recommend this pharmacy

This shop is located opposite to the woolies and have street parking which is free to do your shopping. The store is huge and can get what you want in terms of health and well-being. Staff are friendly and easy to locate them. They also have toys and lollies which is located at the front of the store

I went here on Thursday around 1:45pm. Cashier displayed a lack of basic courtesy. She didn’t greet me, nor did she say thank you or acknowledge me after completing my purchase.
I hope the management takes the necessary steps to address this behavior.

Rude & Possibly Even Racist Cashier

The Filipino-looking cashier working on Feb 17 at 3:25 PM (name starting with R) was straight-up rude, irritated, and lacked basic social skills. She was impatient, had an angry tone with me for no reason, and acted like I was a burden just for standing there. While I was pulling up my card on my phone, she kept pressuring me to pay faster multiple times, even though it was obvious I was in the process of doing so.

What makes it worse is that she was smiling and friendly with another white lady and another customer, but her whole attitude changed with me. The only possible reason for her behaviour is that she's selectively rude, treating customers differently based on race. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Slow and terrible service. Pharmacist decided they would override my Dr and change the prescription despite the script stating otherwise. They only semi-filled the script and kept some of the S8 drugs for themselves. Do not go here, they're extremely dodgy.
