Plenty of goods with sales on every now and then. If you’re a cologne head and want decent dupes, chemist warehouse surprisingly has plenty of good options with great pricing. Just need to check their website every fortnightly to get on the deals.

Best place to shop. All the staff members are very friendly. This place is neat and tidy. Stocks are mostly available in this shop.

This place is a joke for customer service, I was looking at products on the shelf and a staff member felt the need to come and stand directly in front of me and the products I was looking to place price tags on the shelf, she could clearly see that I was looking right there. She continued to place tags until I walked away out of frustration. Then, to top of my shopping experience, the cashier was just rude, no smile, no hello, no nothing. I had to initiate a hello, and then she mumbled the price to me, so I had to ask her to repeat herself twice.

Workers standing around ignoring customers, not wanting to help. I had to go up and ask for some help on a product, when I asked if I could please have some help on finding a product to help with acne scars I got back “yeah” and then she says it’s just down there the acne stuff and pointed to anywhere. I said where sorry? I’m wanting some help to find something.. and she had absolutely no idea!! Pointing to random products she couldn’t tell me about. Educate your staff! And find better workers that actually want to help.

the internal team communication is very very very poor.

I called earlier to check the stock, the male staff said there is one in stock and will keep it aside. in five minutes later, I came to the shop, waiting in line, then the female staff asked me to leave and said none in stock, I said I called earlier to check before I came, she asked me to talk to the male staff by myself, but he is on the phone, so I wait for him to finish the phone call and then he blamed me to cut off the line. it took very longer to get my pill and they take customer's patience for granted. they don't do any apologize.

the whole waiting process is really long and uncomfortable, the whole communication is very annoy and embarrassing, if the team members can communication better in between of themselves, none of this would happened.

Indian woman staff there has no manners or customer service whatsoever! We’ll be standing looking at perfumes and she’ll just march through in front of us not saying excuse me or anything! We confronted her about how rude she is and she has the audacity to say she was just walking through. We’re not taking up all the room, she could walk around us. Anyways, no perfume testers there, don’t waste your time looking. We walked out refusing to purchase anything.

Refused to dispense prescription medication because the script is from a psychiatrist in a different state. The only chemist warehouse in the NT that has had an issue with it in the 3 years I've lived here. Also, to the cranky bloke working there yesterday, if you can't be bothered helping people because you've had a long day, try a different profession.
