I regularly shop at Chemist Warehouse in Casula for medications, vitamins, and dietary supplements. Overall, the store is clean, well-organized, and generally pleasant to visit. However, I feel that the level of customer service still has room for improvement, especially in terms of professionalism and attentiveness from the staff.

The pharmacy section provides a service that meets basic standards, but there are aspects that could be enhanced to improve the customer experience. One suggestion would be to implement a clear system for calling customers to the pharmacy counter, such as a display screen or an audible announcement system. Currently, the staff members call out names very softly, which can make it difficult for customers to hear—especially when the store is busy and there’s a lot of background noise. This can lead to confusion and delays, particularly when there are many people waiting to pick up prescriptions.

A more structured approach would help streamline the process, reduce waiting time, and ensure that customers feel more attended to. It would also reflect a more professional and customer-focused service, which is especially important in a healthcare-related environment. I hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to ongoing improvements at the store.

Recently, I attempted to purchase Panadol for cold and flu relief, but was informed in very rude and unprofessional attitudes at the check out that only one box per customer was allowed, as it was a one-month supply. While I understood the policy, but later I saw a post on social media where someone claimed to have purchased an entire carton of the similar medicine, with the intention of reselling it to overseas buyers.

This raises a few troubling questions. It appears that staff may be allowing bulk purchases for resale, which could lead to unfair access to medication, especially when customers like myself are limited to only one box. This practice not only seems unfair but could also be a violation of regulations around the appropriate sale and distribution of medicines

I kindly request that you look into both the bulk purchase practices and the customer service standards at this location to ensure both are in line with your company’s commitment to quality service and ethical business practices.

Thank you for your attention to this matter

I am a regular customer at Casula Chemist Warehouse. I haven’t had a problem ever. However last Sunday I needed to buy a perfume for my husband and needed to check it was the right one. As there was no sample, I opened the box. FYI there is no sign and the perfume I was after is not behind locked cupboards… I had an extremely rude staff member challenge me and threatened me not to dare to open the box. He said I could break it and I said I would pay for it if so. They continued sustaining their case, even at the checkout when I was clearly paying for the perfume anyway. I wouldn’t shop there again due to the rude behaviour and unprofessional attitude of the staff!

Best place to get your prescriptions and other medications for cheap. Unfortunately, it is usually crowded and wait times on prescriptions can be as long as an hour, if they have it in stock (sometimes they don't, and there's not really wait lists where they will contact you when it comes back in stock).
They have good sales on vitamins, protein bars and cosmetics, so it all evens out

After looking at the reviews it all makes sense. No business is perfect but the negative reviews go back a long time with the same issue. ā€œCustomer Serviceā€ . Remember guys without the customer you would not have a business. There was a massive line i saw a team member walk past i said could you please ask someone to help at the checkout this is beyond a joke. He just smiled and walked off. šŸ¤¦šŸ½šŸ¤·šŸ½ smh. Cmon guys get it together!

Usually have a decent experience here, but sometimes it gets busy and there's a decent wait for the registers. Would also not recommend for prescriptions due to the wait time, smaller pharmacies are usually much quicker.

I came today to purchase baby formula Gold alula advance stage 2. I couldn’t find it so requested to check if they have it on stock. I was being served by lady on register she was checking stock other customer was in rush so she asked me to wait. She called other staff member who took too long to come to register to serve. I showed her picture which formula I am looking for still she got wrong one. Told me that’s the only they have it. Before that she checked stock. What did she check even though I showed her pitcure. Made me wait so long no one informed it’s not in stock. Both ladies check stock so why made me wait
