I was a customer at this store for years.

Great prices and stock.

Pharmacists are very friendly and store staff learn your name and always happy to help.

Another thing of note is that they retain staff for long periods and the staff seem happy to work there.

Be careful when using “click & collect”!
I used it to by a bunch of products, one that was a body wash which was sold by market place and offering free shipping.
I collected my other products and waited for the body wash to arrive.

7 days later no body wash. I called chemist warehouse and spoke 2 different people, one being a manager and they could not help me.
They gave me another number to call “chemist warehouse customer service”, I called and spoke to the person there but they also could not help me. They gave me an email of this market place seller to contact. This was a pain to have to speak to 3 different people and not get an answer for where my paid product is.
Very poor customer service.
A note to chemist warehouse: if you’re going to sell something from a third party seller, make sure your team has a process to help the customer if something goes wrong.

Staff are so lovely here and shelves always well stocked. The kind staff member Sarsha helped put my click and collect order in my car as I had my baby with me. Always love shopping here 😀

I asked for kid’s Panadol , the pharmacist asked me do I need tablet or capsule? I said capsule and I didn’t check what she gave to me, when I went home I found this is a suppositories, I went back to return but unfortunately they said it can’t be exchange if leave the door already.

I asked them to throw it to the bin, the man says don’t I think to keep it and to give to someone? That’s a silly question, whose kid wants to put medicine into bum when they just need some flu medicine?

I checked from the website, I can’t even find this product on website, it wasted me $13.99

Not much money but just very stupid, waste my time and money, the pharmacist need a better training on vision check otherwise harms people’s body and feeling.

This is the Chemist Warehouse with the nicest staff I have encountered - always very friendly and helpful (we travelled OZ for 2 years in a caravan an been to loooots of CWH in that time).

Yesterday I visited the store the manager with glasses was very very rude and arrogant person I have ever seen. He doesn’t know how to treat and serve a customer. It was very unpleasant day for me , he ruined my weekend. I will never ever visit that store again.
