I have just had the best experience out of all the Chemist Warehouse’s that I have ever been to on a regular basis. I have been served by a lovely lady called Maya, You are so attentive and responsive and knew all the products to help me make some choices today
I really loved her gentle but clear manner of communication and her support was the best I’ve ever had

Went to return a faulty hot/cold pack today that was purchased from another CW store down the road and was told that they won’t give any returns or exchanges on any products that weren’t purchased in their own store. At 38 weeks pregnant and experiencing significant back pain I was told to go back to the original CW store I purchased it from and deal with them. Very rude pharmacist working this afternoon with no customer service skills whatsoever. Used to come here for the cheaper prices, now all you get here is cheap service. Will be notifying head office but won’t be surprised if they tell me to go back and deal with Burwood!

Went there before Anzac day and told the female staff l was looking for QV wash but she didn't understand what l said . I did speak clearly and slow . Then she asked do l have a picture . After she said she need to put back the ladder but she went to counter after l found my item line up in front of the counter . Dishonest and unhelpful staff . I never seen so shit attitude staff in Melbourne. Please hire some friendly and honest staff .

On January 23, 2025, I had a deeply unpleasant experience at this store. 😡At the entrance, an employee (appearing to be of Indian) stopped me and insisted on checking my bag. Despite providing the receipt for my purchases and showing all my items, he refused to let it go and demanded that I open my bag. I repeatedly declined and requested that he review the CCTV footage instead. After finally checking the footage, he simply said, “You can go,” without offering any apology for the unjustified accusation.☹️No apology, no attempt to correct their mistake—just a blatant disregard for customer respect and dignity.

I am extremely disappointed in the way this store is managed. This was a humiliating and frustrating experience, and I expected much better. I do not recommend visiting this store unless they seriously reconsider their approach to customer service and staff training.

I bought the David Beckham perfume 3 of them which was 75-100 ml in chemist warehouse located in Burwood and parramatta Westfield. It was advertised that I was supposed to get a bag and when I ask the staff they didn’t bother to explain and just said you don’t get it on this perfume but it was clear in picture I was supposed to get one, I felt like it was false advertising and I spent that many bucks for no reason

I purchased two perfumes for my 11 year old daughter for Xmas 10 days ago, she was gifted the same ones so I took them back to the store with my receipt. They advised i could not get a refund or exchange as it was outside their 7 day return policy. How pathetic, I will never EVER purchase fragrance from chemist warehouse again. 3 days out of their policy. Surely they could make an allowance particularly for Xmas returns. How disappointing and infuriating. Bad and poor taste.

Oh common, I know 10 cents is no big deal but at least can tell customer if they want to do charity or somthing like that, but the guy sold for me didn't say anything, does he just learn how to do cashing?

today 19/10/2024, i just got served by one of the staff ( lady ) . i got the confirmation to pick up 2 c4 preworkout in my email . then i showed her that . and then she said that " they only have one so i cant get two " unless any apologize. and they gimme 2 option that is fully refund or refund for the one which is missing at their fault .
my feeling staff need to have a trainning at customer service, and they need to know how to respect customer
