I ordered a product knowing it would take 24hrs to arrive. When it finally did, the store closed early due to weather disruptions but I was advised that you would be open at 7am the next day. I waited over 1.5hrs for it open which it never did. Understandably, the weather conditions determined the opening of the shop, however there were no warnings on the shop or pre-recorded messages on the phone system to alert shoppers, so now I am without medication for the duration of the weather event. Thanks

Amid the Christmas Eve chaos at Chemist Warehouse, Grace and Holly delivered exceptional service that truly stood out. Despite the busy atmosphere, Grace took the time to help me locate the product I needed plus my misplaced glasses
albeit with remarkable patience. Grace and Holly stepped up and delivered a positive experience during such a hectic time. I hope the store recognises and rewards their outstanding efforts for which, I’m incredibly grateful!

The pharmacist served me is so rude guy Questioning me why I need my inhaler saying that in other languages to confuse me feels the needs to tell me don’t be coming back in two weeks for another one I will not be coming here again seriously every time I’ve had someone go to Chemist issues First of all, why is he saying this in Another language this is English country. Parking is awful, and the stock is never accurate online. Call and ask them to check the stock is on the shelf before wasting your time

Whole family been loyal since we moved to Ashgrove two years ago.
She tells me ~whatever~ after I told her that I do not need a matter looked into any further after taking all scripts from them.
Shop around. Not for a better price,
But better people because here you will get treated like a number.

Blink and you'll miss it! The store front is small, but once you in there's rows and rows of stock, going way back to the pharmacist down the back. This is possibly the cheapest place to get your scripts filled, and their service and advice is great. 😊 Also I was able to find some awsome fragrances that I hadn't been able to find anywhere else! 😱 😜 🤣 😂

Normally amazing service, actually above and beyond! But tonight walking into there at 553pm and was immediately approached by a team member to say we close in 7mins I found it extremely rude! I am well aware of the trading hours and honestly my years of management in retail not once have I walked up and said that! To me a sale is a sale and no I wasn’t planning on being rude and staying outside the trading hours..

Very grateful to Rachel for her help. I had to get a prescription of antibiotics for whooping cough, and I didn’t have anyone else that was able to pick up the prescription but didn’t want to put anyone else at risk. I called ahead and spoke to Rachel and she helped dispense it ahead of time, I wore a mask and thanks to her help I was able to get the medication I needed and spend less than 2 minutes in the store. It’s been quite stressful trying to figure this all out alone so having this help, however small, means a lot.
