I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your Artarmon Chemist Warehouse store during a click and collect visit.

Upon visiting the store today to exchange a large item for an extra-large one, I encountered numerous issues that left me thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, I was informed that I needed to return the online product through the online system. Despite explaining that the cost remained the same and that all transactions were under my name, the staff, including the store manager, displayed a disconcerting level of disregard for my concerns.

Furthermore, the handling of the refund process was unsatisfactory, with a timeline of up to 5 days for the funds to be returned to my account being communicated nonchalantly. This, coupled with the fact that the in-store price was lower than my online order, prompted me to request a price adjustment. Regrettably, I was met with refusal, citing a ticket belonging to another item as an impediment.
The overall attitude and service of the staff were nothing short of atrocious. Rude behavior, lack of empathy, and visible signs of discontent, including eye-rolling, marred what should have been a routine customer interaction. The staff threw his badge down and said, "This is my name if you need it." This experience stands as one of the worst encounters I have had with a retail establishment.

I trust that Chemist Warehouse values its customers and their experiences. I urge you to address these concerns promptly to enhance the quality of service at your Artamon store. Customers should not have to endure such treatment, and I hope that my feedback contributes to improvements in both customer service and operational efficiency.

I’ve been to this place a few times now and even though I live in Artarmon, I’d rather go to the store in Lane Cove where I get better service from the pharmacist. When one is a little under the weather and simply requires some advice and help from a professional, one would turn to their local pharmacist for simple advice first. The pharmacist in Artarmon is a robot who lacks any personality. He is cold, arrogant and disinterested in his customers. A person who hates his job and dislikes people. Instead of showing an interest and asking questions to better assist his customers like a professional, he is quick to dismiss you and make you regret ever getting out of bed. Someone like this is better suited in lab work where they do not have to deal with customers as this person lacks compassion or interest in humanity. The sales staff are lovely and helpful though. As someone who works in Human Resources I strongly advice, get rid of that one toxic personality who is a poison to the team and hurts the business.

I have had no issues with dealing with the chemists or staff. Many people on here have complained about customer service and I have never had an issue. They also do my mothers webster pack and they call me a week before she runs out. I found Michael, to be very professional and knowledgeable. They have a great team at Chemist Warehouse Artarmon.

I have received nothing but the highest standard of health care and information at Chemist Warehouse, Artarmon! They are all kind, polite, helpful and understanding. They are always busy but still make time to say a quick hello.
Their prices for health and beauty is cheaper than supermarkets and their perfumes and fragrances are cheaper than other pharmacy franchises.
