Big store, great prices, friendly staff

Visited this store on Monday around 1-2pm and was on the look for the dermal therapy lip tint. I couldn’t find it on the shelves and asked one of the ladies on the floor and she was an absolute legend. She really went above and beyond and found the item within the stock boxes.

The staffs were helpful and very approachable. I had a really pleasant visit!

This shop is horrible with inconsistency with friendliness and dispensing prescriptions. They sometimes are out of stock for medication which is an annoying waste of a trip. I will continue to boycott this store . Love the brand so I’ll still visit all their other stores which ever is convenient at time of need. My fave store is at Mt Gravatt home maker centre and Woolloongabba second .
I had 4 stars for Annerley but I changed it to 1 star because I experienced ANOTHER RUDE STAFF MEMBER !!! I’m done with the Annerley store! What a horrible rude bunch of staff!!

It has everything. Parking is convenient, but shared with other shops, so it can be busy. There always staff on the floor and behind the counter. It can be a little cramped, esp. when they are restocking.

I've been to quite a few chemist warehouses but the one at annerley is by far the nicest and mist helpful staff. I've been going to this one regularly for the past 3 years. I have tried a few others in the past 6 months only because they were convenient driving home from work and they were extremely unhelpful and after this happening again today and then popping back into annerley chemist warehouse this afternoon, they went above and beyond to help. Even the training pharmists people from the university were fantastic. So just thought I would do a review on how wonderful the staff are at this chemist. Thankyou so much.
