Do not visit here!!!
I visited this place today to get my hepatitis B vaccine because I had my first dose here. The problem is, while I was waiting after checking in, the pharmacist was coughing, blowing their nose into a tissue, and preparing medication without washing their hands. When they did it again, I politely asked if they could wash their hands before handling my vaccine. They threw my prescription at me, saying they had already washed their hands and told me not to judge others so easily, adding that I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. I purposely came to this place, which is 20 minutes away from my home, and it was such an unpleasant experience. I’m writing this in hopes that others won’t have to go through the same unpleasant experience."

What a refreshing pharmacy experience! Staff members greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. Not only were medications priced fairly, but they also took time to explain proper usage. This level of care is rare these days - definitely deserves 5 stars!

We visited the chemist this evening after a trip to the hospital. It was our first experience at the chemist since the change in hours and the revamp and i must say i am extremely impressed. It is so helpful to have a late night chemist in belconnen now and the pharmacist who served us was extremely helpful and well mannered.
