I have been a regular patient attending the I-Med services at the CHC Medical Centre and would like to say how good the experience has been. All the staff have been really friendly, caring and extremely efficient at their work and always get you in and out in minimal amount of time, unlike other Branches I have attended over the years of my treatments. A huge thanks to all!

I have been attending this practice for over five years and unfortunately I have seen a rapid, recent decline in the practice - tired, cranky doctors and reception staff, all appearing overwhelmed with the volume of patients. This has been since the Urgent Care Clinic was opened by the practice down the hall and whilst a much needed service, seems to have had a detrimental impact on the regular practice, to the point that my family has been unable to get our medical needs met there recently and on several recent occasions. We are now regretfully searching for a new Dr.

I just had my first appoint at the CHC Medical Centre. To say I am impressed is a understatement. As someone who is very terrified of doctors after not being listened to or heard, I was just amazed by the visit here. When I walked in, I was greeted straight away, even though the receptionist were very busy taking calls and helping other patients. Once it was my turn they were SO kind! Honestly best receptionist I have dealt with in any doctors office. I saw Dr Katherine Heffernan, and she listened to every problem I had, and addressed everything. I felt listened to, finally, and was able to walk out without feeling a sense of dread of having to come back. I will for sure be using this practice from now on. Thank you so much for such a positive experience!

The service here was terrible. My girlfriend visited here 19/03 and waited 45 minutes past the appointment time to be rushed through an appointment, the doctor immediately told her to go on birth control and after she said no and mentioned how previous birth control had ruined her hormones and immune system. She was told that her deficiencies have nothing to do with diet which is quickly disproved by peer reviewed studies after a 5 minute google search and was instead pushed for birth control as per usual with doctors. The doctor did not address causation whatsoever and just kept pushing for medication. After the appointment, my girlfriend was charged for 2 appointments due to the lack of time management on the clinics end. It is not your clients responsibility to keep track of your time. This is disgusting. You have a responsibility to the people you treat and this was not at all met. Instead I was met with a crying girlfriend, I do not recommend this clinic and I do not recommend Dr Regina. Do better, it’s disgraceful.

The reception lady (wearing blue blonde hair) was very arrogant. Not even a greeting when me and my sister arrived, was “sighing” when we were talking to her. This is a first as we have been coming to this place with Dr.Allen and we never had this experience. I think she needs more cutomer training to “smile” and greet their patients or customer. Will not come back again I’m sorry.

My family always feel welcomed by this practice. As a mum of twin babies some of our visits don’t go to plan. Staff members have been extremely patient and help in any way that they can. For anyone needing a Dr for their baby, I could not recommend Nagina enough. She is patient, caring and very thorough in her work.

The Drs here are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and respectful. Dr Nagina is next level. She really pays attention, has real empathy and remembers details of your family and your life. She is a beautiful soul. The nurses are also very warm and fun. My son has had all his childhood vaccinations here and the staff have been really great to get it done quickly and make him feel comfortable. I don't think he has cried for any of them!

I can't speak highly enough of my GP Dr Ryan Partridge. Very thorough, understanding and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of health and medicine. My overall experience with CHC medical centre over a three year period has been excellent!
