I have been going to this medical centre since I was a little child, and everyone I've been treated by so far have been great (incl. pathology, imaging and pharmacy).

Every now and then, reception staff might not be as kind to deal with (completely understandble) however every other experience here was a slay.

Especially, more recently, I saw Dr Pinto for the first time, and their warm and inquisitive response to my health concerns really made me feel seen as a patient. Nothing more you could ask for from a Dr.

I had a good experience visiting the gp today. Keep in mind that standard GP appointments are only 15 minutes and when everyone before you goes over that time, the gp can run behind. It is important as a patient to keep this in mind to show respect for the doctor and the other patients. Everyone can be seen with less delays if more patients knew this.

Receptionist was proficient, patient(annoying customer), friendly. (recalled my name!)

Doctor was polite, thorough, asked relevant questions, not rushed...
Overall - refreshing, calming, no stress.

* Referrals done by eMail, plus patient gets a copy (some referees actually contact me, how cool is that)
(colonoscopy - Ryde hospital!)

Overall, not in a hurry to leave - quiet time in a hectic day.

I’ve been attending this clinic for many years and have had good and bad experience with different doctors. Today I saw a new doctor, Linnie Pinto and I was impressed. She’s wonderful. She took her time listening to my concerns and asked for some tests. She’s patient and caring. The best doctor I’ve seen here.

I saw Dr Afsaneh Chehelnebi for my skin problem this morning after. She's patience and knowledgable. She mentioned the cause of the swellings and confirmed after wearing an equipment to watch more intensively in another room,. She kindly took time to remove all the problem. Appreciate your time and help, Dr Chehelnebi !

Easy to navigate website to find both available GPs and making appointments. Received reminder for appointment and to confirm appointment. App allows me to select and save preferred GPs, selection of GP is based on the expertise n experience they've listed on the side and their availability.

Met with lovely Dr Linnie Pinto, such caring GP who listens attentively and was empathetic with her questions and gestures. I think the waiting time explains that as she doesnt rush her patients out. Had blood test scheduled on the same day and the pathology guy who attended me had amazing skills with needles as I dont even feel the pain.
