I had a really bad experience this morning.
I had a pregnancy ultrasound, after 3-4 min the procedure started I asked him why he wasn’t turning on the screen to let me see my baby and he replied to me that it was not working!! This is not right I’ve paid 191$ and I wanted to see my baby! I’ve lied there for 1.15h ultrasound watching the walls he wasn’t even explaining me things, not even secure to tell me the gender! Never ever happened to me, last time I’ll come in this place. Very unprofessional

My pregnant wife went to the clinic for an ultrasound scan. They first mistaken the type of scan she was doing, lots of miscommunication.

When the scan started the operator scanned the wrong place, my wife tried to clarify with her and she became rude and impatient as if my wife was on the wrong for telling her what to do. My wife was obviously upset by this but then the operator said "Why are you so upset?" My wife had to call her doctor in front of the operator just to rectify the issue.

Unprofessional and unacceptable service. Not recommended.

My family has been using Infinity Medical Imaging for many years. However, our recent experience was deeply disappointing. During my mother's examination, the sonographer of Asian appearance refused to introduce herself initially, and we later learned from the doctor that she was a student. Her handling of the procedure was unnecessarily rough. Despite my mother repeatedly explaining her pre-existing injuries and pleading for gentler treatment, the sonographer applied excessive force—likely due to her larger physique and significant strength-to the point where my mother nearly lost consciousness from the pressure. This ordeal has left her traumatized, and she will never return to your facility.

Infinity staff were amazing , Karen , Kevin and the rest of the staff are first rate and very knowledgeable. I was the typical painful panicking patient when I arrived . Karen was incredible and so helpful explaining every step of the way. This is a first class experience with highly trainer brilliant staff. I visited Infinity Medical Imaging yesterday to have a cortisone injection . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming reception team. My husband was with me, one lovely lady waiting to be attended to, gave up her seat for me and another patient offered his seat for my husband, we were very grateful as we are both elderly. The check in process was smooth and efficient. What stood out to me was the professionalism of the medical staff. They apologised that they were short of staff on this day, but they did not keep me waiting too long. I appreciated the empathy from Chris who was very caring and the Dr administrating the injection was very kind. I thank everyone for the way I was treated, and I would certainly recommend this radiology for their wonderful service.
