Earlier this year my husband and I realised we needed some help with our soon to turn 8 year old son.

He was experiencing anxiety at school resulting in tears, but at home we were experiencing total defiance ending in outrageous arguements and fights. We were quite an unhappy family.

I started talking to friends about our situation and a friend recommended Changes Psychology.

I did some research and was especially keen on the idea of our psychologist coming to us, especially considering I had 2 younger children. I rang and made an appointment.

We have been having a psychologist visit our son now at home for a number of months and we are seeing positive changes. The anxiety and tears at school have gone. Our son has been taught/given coping mechanisms to handle and control these emotions and we are still working on his home behaviour. But overall, we are definitely a happier more functional household. I would recommend Changes Psychology.
