A wonderful organisation which offers help and support to people with stress, anxiety and low self esteem.

As well as one to one counselling, Changes runs activities such as walking, tai chi, cycling and healthy eating workshops.

They always need volunteers!

I am in such a low place at the moment and just being able to talk to someone who is not judging you and listen to you and give advice helped me a lot although I did find it very draining
