I would like to take the time to express how fortunate we are to have discovered this small yet exceptional medical centre right in the heart of Norwest. It truly is a precious ‘gem’ in our community!

From the moment you walk in, the professionalism and genuine care of the entire staff are evident. Their unwavering dedication to patient well-being shines through in every interaction.

A special mention goes to Dr Casey, the Practice Manager, whose kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail elevate the experience even further. It’s rare to find such a well-run practice that combines professionalism with a warm, personal touch.

We are so grateful for this wonderful team and feel lucky to have such outstanding healthcare so close to home. Highly recommend!

Dr Leo is the best! He has been helping my elderly mum for a while now but today is the first time I met him and got to know what a kind and caring Dr he is. He’s gone out of his way and used his own personal time to help communicate with my family regarding our health concerns. Everyone’s time is valuable, especially more so with medical professionals and for a Dr to use his personal time for us, we are truly grateful thank you Dr Leo!!

This medical center is really bad, capability of arranging time, no sympathy and bloody rude attitude, the receptionist&director! There was a time, we had to bring our little kid with us, so we booked early time 10am as the baby usually sleeps at 11.30, and we arrived before our booking as well. And we just saw many people going to see GP before us till 11.30, my baby wanted to sleep and started to be cranky, and then I talked to the receptionist asked why this happened (the whole time i talked in a normal chatting tone). She said in the morning time, NO MATTER OUR APPOINTMENT, THEY ALLOW PEOPLE WALK IN if they walk in early. I asked then why you allowed us to book appointment with time online? two weeks in advance. She said THIS IS THE RULE, IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY, YOU CAN LEAVE. and then I asked if there is a way that I can complaint. When she heard this, she started to be angry and said very loudly, "THIS IS THE RULE HERE, I AM THE DIRECTOR OF THIS CLINIC, IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY, YOU CAN LEAVE!!" She was the only yelled! So rude of her! I was really shocked a practioner can be this bloody rude while she saw me holding a baby waiting for this long. I will never come to this clinic again, so bloody rude receptionist/manager/director of Century Circuit Medical Centre.

the doctors and staff are lovely but i find myself consistently waiting for an hour or more past my appointment time to be seen, regardless of what time or day of the week i book, which is really frustrating as a student who has a very busy schedule.

Took my 2.5yr old son here on the weekend in need of a test and the team here were amazing. Not only were they friendly and approachable they never made it seem like a burden as we were a drop in appointment. The team were so amazing with my son and ensuring he was comfortable and I truly appreciated the empathy shown to our family. The team have then spent time following up on my sons results and maintained communication with me to always let me know what is going on. I cannot recommend this medical centre highly enough. Very impressed!!

I was fortunate enough to meet Dr Leo many years ago when he worked at a different practice in the Hills District. Once he left this surgery, I did everything in my power to track him down at this centre he currently works. I have never met a more thorough, kind and understanding GP. At Century Circuit Medical Centre, you will experience only the very best service beginning from the wonderful reception staff, to the nurse, to the pathologist and then down the each and every doctor that work here.
It is very hard to come by such exceptional and quality care like this. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Love this place and each and every single staff member involved!
