Started seeing Dr Alex through my pregnancy to alleviate severe hip pain - she worked her magic to keep my body in line through the pregnancy!
Once our little guy arrived, we didn’t hesitate to book him in to be adjusted. His first appt was at 2 weeks old - he is now 4 weeks and we are seeing massive improvements with his overall body alignment, tightness, head side preferences and breast feeding!
Dr Alex has created a beautiful family orientated practice and is incredibly kind and caring. We cannot recommend her enough for adult and paediatric chiropractic care!

I see Dr Zara and she is awesome at her craft. I had a referral to see her from my Partner who also sees her. I attended initially with shoulder pain and other issues that Dr Zara has worked on and pretty much resolved entirely. She is so intuitive and is incredibly knowledgeable - she happens to know exactly what questions to ask and essentially what treatment my body needs each session. The tracking is also helpful so I'm able to see my progress over time. Very thorough. Reception are also lovely and helpful. Would absolutely recommend Dr Zara and the team for injuries, lack of mobility or to improve overall well-being.

I was recommended Center Space Wellness Group by a friend and now at least five people I know regularly see Dr. Zarah for adjustments.
Dr. Zarah is friendly, knowledgeable, and invested in her work. She is polite and considerate and does an amazing job of making you feel comfortable during adjustments. I had had adjustments done before, but not to the standard that is set at Centered Space Wellness Group.
I appreciate that they do a consultation at the start. We review scans, do a score assessment on joints, etc. The entire process is professional and comprehensive to creating an economical but effective care plan.
Both Michelle and Dani (front of house) are so lovely and accommodate my crazy schedule and sometimes my tardiness. I have never had a negative experience and in-fact have felt great after every session. I have seen results personally and in those close friends also having regular adjustments. Can't recommend enough!! Thanks ladies!

Sam is amazing! Was recommend to him for my teenage daughter's knee. It was constantly clicking and affecting her swimming stoke. We have been to physios, sports performance, you name it, we've done it and no improvement so want hopeful. The first thing Sam did was a range of tests and identified a slight lack of power and reflex in her upper body so sent her for and X-ray. From this he diagnosis scoliosis. This was the root cause of the knee clicking!!! He put her on a program of at-home exercises and in clinic care to support her body to be more balanced and perform better with the scoliosis. After working with Sam she felt more powerful in her stokes, able to sustain form for longer under more pressure, and as a result, hit PBs in all her times at State Champs for the first time in ages. She couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend Sam, he really gets under the bonnet of what's going on.

After seeing Dr Alex myself for over 4 years, I had no hesitation to take my newborn to her see her after I noticed a few things.
He is now feeding so much better (and this is coming from a Mum who has STRUGGLED with breastfeeding in the past!), his neck has improved so much and he is overall a much happier little man!
