This was a spontaneous overnight stop on a trip north. We heard reports of Nagambie being a beautiful country town and the stories were true. We chose the venue owing to it's central location and the lake views claimed were wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable and all facilities provided were good quality. The nearby food venues and bars were all welcoming, as was the sunset over the lake.

Owners of the motel were having a party..we were staying there for work and had to be up very early.
So disrespectful to their customers for being loud while we were trying to sleep.
Will never stay there again.

Have your party on a weekend or in another location FFS

I was really happy with my stay here. Lovely friendly service, loads of good quality amenities and well maintained facilities. The location is excellent, opposite shops (IGA, Pharmacy) plus the town and river just a few minutes walk. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing and I appreciated the pool towels and loungers. My room was spotless, great shower pressure and I appreciated the basic kitchen amenities and appliances for my meals. Very nice place.

This is a modest hotel that offers a good room at a reasonable rate and is easy walking distance to the town centre. The room is simply, yet comfortably furnished. The bathroom is showing it’s age but remains serviceable. I did appreciate reception turning on the heater prior to my arrival on a cold night. I also appreciated the hotel guests being spread across the hotel rather than all in adjoining rooms as often happens to assist housekeeping. If I was passing through I would stay there again.

Clean rooms and comfy beds, out dated bathrooms which could do with a freshen up.. walking distance to all the shops with supermarket etc opposite.

Great location, easy walk to lake, pubs and cafes. The cleanliness of the rooms is a standout. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you needed. During our stay it was quiet and relaxing. Has a guest kitchen with cooking facilities and dining table and tv. Outside is a covered bbq area. Would definitely stay again.

Motel even though rooms are old was clean and excellent location. My issue was with the check in and the rudeness and non personality of the female at reception!! I walked in to reception and there was another lady waiting. The female sitting at the computer looked at me, no hello or welcome just a pan-faced “Do you have a booking?”I answered yes and her next question How are you paying?” Here’s your key ….Room 5” WOW for a small town that suffered through COVID and then recent floods, what an atrocious way to “welcome” your guests!!! I was shocked and horrified that this person is the face of a business!! Whether she owns the business or works for them she needs to quickly learn some skills in communication in a positive and friendly manner! A smile is a nice welcome gesture too! On these grounds I would not recommend or stay here again!
