Needed someone closer and more available than my current doctor due to a severe ear infection which couldn’t wait till the next available appointment, came back for results and asked if they give immunisations at the surgery. Dr Chua slammed her hands on the desk saying how I can’t just rock up there wanting all these things when she doesn’t want someone like me bulk billing, exclaiming this is the last time I can come and last thing she’ll do for me because I’m pregnant and never wants to see me again. In shock of how I was being treated she’s walked out to speak to reception, I followed and heard her say she’s not bulk billing me anymore and told me to go in the room and close the door when I steps out.

For someone who is seeking medical help from a doctor just to be treated like I have to deserve it in some nature, disgusting and humiliating.

I wish this upon no one else to experience.

I moved to rochedale due to my health issues and needed a new gp.. I have been visiting for my scripts and general health need. This is a small cute place and it gives me a warm feeling like I am visiting Nana for a chat. The admin women are kind souls and the drs are very old school. My Dr has zero issues with my scripts and even emails them to my local store for pick up. 5 stars girls, well done 🙂

My family and I have been going to this particular surgery for well over 20years .
The lovely ladies at the counter also try to accommodate you when you require an appointment . You are always meet with a smile and a greeting .
We have been seeing Dr Meagan for a few years , she has built a great team . We have seen all the doctors there, and they all have wonderful bedside manners .
