I have lived in the area for 10 years, and have only recently found this gem. The admin staff are very friendly and well presented. They make you feel like a family member with their welcomes. There are 3 main doctors, who are all female and I've found every single one of them to be dedicated not only to illness and recovery, but to maintaining good health. They are all thorough in their assessments and treat you like a person rather than a number. The nursing staff there are all very friendly, personable and well educated. They are able to convey instructions and education in a simple and easy to understand manner. My experiences at this practice could not have been more positive.

Before moving to another state I attended Centre Medical for myself and baby on a couple of occasions. Reception staff were always very polite and helpful when asked questions, they did not make you feel bothered like some other centre staff do. On my visits I saw nurse staff and Drs and my experience was always very positive with both as they are friendly and professional. The doctor that I saw, Dr Ahmed, is such a kind and genuinely caring GP. She made me feel very at ease and looked further to get to the bottom of the cause for my issues. She listened and used her knowledge and expertise to not only manage my conditions but made make me feel valued. I can't recommend this practice or Dr Ahmed more highly. Thank you!!

This is a great medical practice. The reception staff have always been so helpful, always willing to fit me in when I need to. The drs are lovely and always willing to listen rather than just shove medication at me like some other places I've been to. Highly recommend this place. They are great with my kids too. While I'm not speaking to all the drs at the practice (front desk staff are lovely and helpful), I wanted to write about my experience with a particular doctor that was significantly negative after hearing from someone else who also had a negative experience.

Some time ago, I saw Dr Mahishi, who essentially told me that the significant pain I had been in was all in my head. When I questioned her mentioning test results, she got irritable and essentially told me not to see her again, then reiterated that my chronic pain was all stress related or mental health based. Granted my condition isn't well recognised in Australia (leaders in this field are predominantly UK based) but her lack of empathy, lack of willingness to look into what else could be causing my pain felt like gaslighting. The whole experience ended up being quite traumatic.

Fortunately, I have 2 GPs (we moved, hence the 2nd) who have been willing to look into and treat my condition properly. They actually investigated and believed me when I told them my symptoms so I know this can be done.

Receptionist is incredibly rude, very unprofessional. Went there twice with my son and interacted with her on the phone a few times and she has the worst manner. Reminder that you are supposed to be providing a service no one needs your stinking attitude. Genuinely wanted to give this place a chance but I'll give it a miss.

My first visit today, very professional, had to see the nurse for a full history. I was impressed with their service. Receptionist, Doctor and nurse were all polite and thorough.

I felt they are providing very poor service as they asked me to wait outside until doctor comes, but they didn't tell me the reason, so I had to cancel the appointment for my daughter without consultation.

My girlfriend had an ear problem and was a walk in on a Saturday no one in the waiting room. The on duty doctor told her she needed an appointment and to come back and see her Tuesday. Piss poor effort from a so called medical practice. With professional doctors. Guess they don't really care about sick people...
