Really not impressed. I have a chronic illness that should very much be acknowledged prior to surgery, but I was given no guidance or understanding of how I could manage this disease prior to, during, or post surgery. I called the hospital multiple times to discuss this prior, but was fobbed off or given different instructions (none of which took into account my illness). I was given incorrect instructions. Only at 4pm the day prior did the hospital finally realise/acknowledge that my illness would impact my surgery, and was told the previous instructions were incorrect given my disease. I was not given sufficient post op info, which after questioning friends who had undergone the same procedure, they had all been informed of. I was not told or warned of any of these, and it was very concerning when these post op issues occurred.

Not a great hospital. Don't answer their phones, just want you to pay upfront and you follow up on healthfund etc. Tried calling multiple times to understand my health fund and couldn't because no one would answer.
This review is directed to front end administration. Nurses, doctors are great.

My husband had an eye operation in CSPH recently and we couldn't be happier with the treatment he received from admission to the post operative care. Service was just exceptional. Staff were caring, professional and compassionate. Couldn't hope for better care.

Amazing care, service and nurses and doctors were incredible. I felt so cared for and at every time i spoke or interacted with someone they were utterly incredible. Thank you to everyone for making a surgery run smoothly.

Friendly staff, smooth check in process, good medical care.

The Hospital has recent new ownership and is in the process of major upgrades so some of the areas currently in use are still a bit dated and cramped but I'm told this will all be refreshed in the near future.

Hospital staff are amazing. Every member I had an interaction with were truely awesome, very caring and patient. It was great to hear the staff members interactions with one another also, definitely a great caring team

I had Colonoscopy and gastroscopy by Dr Rupert Leong there. It was a day surgery before and used to be less expensive and even the anaesthetic fee was bulk billed. The staff there was very nice and Dr Rupert Leong was very good.
