Absolutely appalling service. Would never recommend this company. Was told it shouldn’t be a problem to get booked in by 29th March. Two and a half weeks later, have been promised a call back from someone every single day. Not one single call. Regional manager was looped in and promised me a call back the following day. Did not receive a call. Have not been able to book in for the procedure I need. Told I can’t speak to a manager because they are all too busy. This company has made a very stressful situation even more stressful and upsetting. At this point I wouldn’t trust them to perform the procedure as they apparently can’t even return a phone call. Would recommend finding another facility to perform any imaging and procedures you need.

The ladies at the desk were lovely. I was rushed and upset on arrival, and they were friendly and kind and listened to my rant while doing my paperwork. I was in for the scan within 10 mins of arrival, with no booking. I have difficult veins and rather than jab me multiple times, the doctor came in and got it first try (second time in total). CT was done quickly, and I was out the door in 30 mins (amazingly fast).
The radiologist called my GP the following day to confirm some details before completing his results report (so thorough!) and then took a call from my GP a few days later when she called him to ask some further questions about my scans. I think he even agreed to take calls and talk through the scans with my specialists.
This was truly the best radiologist experience I have had (and I have had a lot of scans and seen a lot of radiologists). Highly recommend.
