We were visiting from out of town when my little one fell ill. Called Saturday morning and even though they were busy and don’t tend to take on new patients on a Saturday I managed to secure an appointment for my daughter. To the wonderful, kind receptionist, thank you for your compassion and assistance in getting an appointment for my little one.

Called to make an appointment today Monday for Monday next week. They are doing a software update so can’t take appointments. Was told to call back next monday. What if you need a prescription? A vaccin? Not hard to send emails to patients prior to the update letting them know. Very unprofessional management. Thank god the doctors are nice and good.

I usually think you get what you pay for but this surgery is NOT bulk billing however the wait is long, the apt short and Drs not very friendly.
My appointment with at one Dr was very short. He didn't answer my question and just took my blood pressure before dismissing me. When I said I still had questions he told me I needed to make another appointment next week as he can only deal with one problem each consult. He seemed angry and so I left. I didn't even want my blood pressure taken! He had someone else's chart on the computer when I got into the room and was writing notes in it while I was telling him my problem. I could see what he was writing. I wondered if he would do the same in front of the next patient. I have tried other Drs at this surgery and they don't seem much better
EVERYONE seems unhappy there and staff don't seem to last long.
The Drs seem to not respect the staff when they talk to them. The receptionists seem nice . Im definitely going to go somewhere else , my friend sees a Dr who bulk bills and gets treated like a human being

Often long waiting times and they used to be centrally located and close by my work and home. Now they are out by the airport which is in the opposite direction for me. I will be changing to a closer dr. Generally the drs are good but I was once called to go in after a blood test to be told I had whooping cough. I had whooping cough 5 years prior to that! I even had to show one locum how to use the computer!

You spend longer in the waiting room then actually with the doctor and they charge you 65 dollars for 5 minutes even though you were bulk billed previously and you have a healthcare card. These doctors are robbing their patients and don't deserve the right to call themselves people helpers more like money pinchers.

I have am lucky to have such a beautiful Doctor.Sandra she is so caring and so diligent with her work.Always willing to help where ever she can .We must realise they are human and have personal lives just like us.We dont
know how many people they see in a week but I do know anyone that comes in contact with Sandra leaves knowing what theyneed to do

Nice doctors and staff. Always a big wait though. I have never gone in for an appointment on time. Average wait is 30mins past my appointment.
